- Simon (7/5): - Good location, Clean, modern, spacious. I would expect to find salt and pepper at the very least in a property such as this.
- Leah (6/5): Location made up for negatives but price almost doubled from last year so looking else where for next year - Location It is very old and tired. Facilities are non existent such as the room called a gym has nothing that works. Outdoor courtyard over grown with weeds and not used for years. Lift is slow . Breakfast restaurant not very clean or hygienic with food from yesterday being served .

- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - A beautifully maintained apartment, exceptionally clean and comfortable, situated in a prime location close to all amenities. Unfortunately, the staff at this property displayed shockingly rude behavior, which I never expected to encounter, especially in the hospitality industry. The layout of the property is confusing, with misaligned entrances between the car park and the hotel, leading to difficulty in finding the correct lift. Access passes are restricted to specific lifts for the apartments, and after trying several lifts without success, I called for assistance.
When I reached out for help, the staff were visibly annoyed by my struggle to navigate the building. One staff member even had the audacity to raise her voice and speak to me disrespectfully, simply because she had to repeat herself several times. Despite apologizing for my confusion, she continued with a demeaning tone. Standing outside in 32-degree heat with heavy suitcases, I was furious!!. I firmly asked her to stop speaking to me disrespectfully and reminded her that it is her job to assist guests, particularly in a building with such a complex layout.
Eventually, a maintenance person helped me access the apartment. When I called back to request the name of the staff member involved, both employees refused to provide their details. After a long drive, rushing to check in, and preparing for an important summit, this experience left me deeply dissatisfied.
I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but this kind of behavior should not go unchecked. Guests deserve respectful and helpful service, and I hope this feedback encourages the staff to reconsider how they treat others. No one else should have to endure such an unpleasant experience.
- Gina (8/5): Comfortable apartment, great location but the logistics make it more complex than it needs to be. - Comfortable apartment, great location, very spacious with great facilities: kitchen, bathrooms, laundry. The booking process is unnecessarily lengthy (between the management and Booking.com I received 8 emails requesting info & waivers); the keys have to be collected in Kingston about 10mins drive from Braddon where the apartment is & not easy to locate the office; the apartments have 2 separate towers and the paring situation is not intuitive. It´s a comfortable, clean apartment (you get some traffic noise if that bothers you) with great facilities - but the above made the experience a bit painful.

Having to collect and return keys across the Commonwealth Bridge to Kingston. The trip added an hour to our home trip on checking out to return keys.

Loved the little bonus room (study) as it was a great area to store bits and pieces away from the living space. Very good appliances, pots and pans etc which makes it suitable for an extended stay.

- Kerry (9/5): A very comfortable apartment,close to shops and restaurants. - very central, spotless and with great amenities. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was picking up and dropping off the key but the instructions were good.

European Laundry had washing machine/dryer.
Excellent security for parking and getting to/from your apartment, either from street or through the car park.
Walking distance to both main street and large shopping complex/eateries. The mattress was way too soft, making you sink into it, and the bottom sheet wasn't a fitted sheet, so it became all wrinkled/not tucked in as soon as you touched it. The mattress protector wasn't fitted, and so its elastics sprung off the mattress corners and under the crumpled sheet as well.
