• virginie (10/5): Sehr gut - Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage war gut und ebenfalls wie beschrieben. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

• pierre (8/5): - Emplacement très pratique juste en face d un supermarché. Pas loin de la mer, des transports publics. Jolie vue et accès facile. Bien équipé en électroménager. Litterie très confortable Manque de vaisselles et d isolation avec les appartements voisins dont on entend la télévision.

• Larysa (8/5): - З балкону видно море. Фото відповідають заявленим. Чисто, прибрано. На кухні все є. Чудові шафи для одягу з великою кількістю вішалок. Два великих зеркала в кімнатах і в душовій. Класна техніка, нова і в робочому стані (телевізор і кавомашини не вмикали). На балконі є сушка і достатньо прищепок. Велика кількість розеток! Два кондиціонери. Розміщення: близько від моря, але 45 хв автобусом до центру. Транспорт ходить часто. Проїзний можна купить на трамвайній зупинці. Поряд багато ресторанів, пекарень. Супермаркет майже навпроти, через будинок. Інтернет реально класний. Шум. Сильний шум. Відсутність звукоізоляції. Було чути все: від транспорту до роботи персоналу під вікнами 5 поверху, навіть воркотіння голубів на балконі. Балкон: тут претензія одночасно до архітекторів (половина має дуже низькі поручні, місце для рослин, а між ними легко вниз полетить хтось, і я не про пташок) і відповідальних за озеленення. Рослин немає, але земля з галькою є. Вітер+птахи= щоденне замітання балкону. Попереджую: ключ від вхідних в БУДИНОК дверей потрібно трохи не до кінця вставити в замок і пробувати повертати. Ми на цьому втратили майже годину часу.

• Maxim (7/5): Проблемы с владельцем - Отличное расположение, чистая и оборудованная квартира, боковой вид на море. Пляж через дорогу, магазин в соседнем доме. Идеальный вариант. Администрация предоставила ранний заезд и поздний выезд, квартира хорошая, поэтому ставлю 7 а не 1 Поломан ключ от подъездной двери. Войти было сложно. Дважды нас запускали соседи. На мое смс владельцу что что то не так, ответ был - "до вас у всех было все ок". Так же с трудом открывается сейф для ключа. На ворой раз он не открылся. Если вы вдруг не сможете ночью попасть в арендованую квартиру то, по мнению владельца, вы сами виноваты, а если что не нравится то он вам обещает проблемы. Нам он проблемы обещал. Это было очень профессионально и гостеприимно. Мы очень смеялись. PS Не было горячей воды два дня. Но в такую жару это не проблема
• Eleanor (8/5): Great stay in Alamos - We loved the location it’s so convenient for the beaches along the coast and public transport to take you to other places in Athens area. The apartment is very homely and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive to any questions you may have. Because it’s so close to the beach, the outside noise from the busy main road was very noticeable to us as we are really light sleepers.

• Alfred (8/5): Nice apartment but noisy environment - Clean and centrally located. Close to supermarket, restaurant, etc. Pictures reflect what you get. The continuous noise from Poseidonos Avenue (24/7!) Walls are not sound proof so you hear everything from your neighbors, especially in the sleeping room.

• Gerry (10/5): Athens - loads of space,nice balcony but not suitable for small children. lift a bit slow but fine. 5 flights of stairs alot of climbing but only done once

• Emils (10/5): Perfect place for visiting Athens in the hot-hot season :) - Great layout, spacious, comfortable, with a terrace along the whole length of the apartment :) Perfect location across the street from the beach. Lots of stores and cafes around.
• Richard (7/5): Good, but could be better. - Location is great, but the outside of the building looks very run down. It wasn't made clear what key lock box had the keys in. There are three outside (It's the top one). The apartment had no name on the bell or door, so it's potluck if you choose the correct door, three to choose from (it's the middle one). There is no warning that when you open the front door, it will chrash into the ceiling light. Bit dangerous in our opinion. Could provide some cheap beach towels to use.
