• MAN YIN (10/5): 有一個舒服、寛大的雙人房，又有兩個廁所，方便朋友、家人一同入住，有個輕鬆的旅程 - 最滿足是位置，靠近碼頭，報既day tour 接送地方只需走5分鐘就到。另外設備十分齊全，十分滿意。 火災感應器，可能因冬天太敏感，我只是烹了熱水，感應器響了，當時很驚慌，最後幸好房東處理了，所以要緊記找到red button (near door) 及要一直長按著，直到火警鐘聲停。

• Elizabeth (8/5): Best location for cruises to the reef. Varied restaurants next door. - Host met us early. Helped with suitcases. Bit early to have to leave at 10a.m. Our plane was at 4p.m.went to a nearby diner. Excellent ,so near to reef cruise boats pier.
• Gemma (10/5): Great facilities, communication and location. - The property had everything we needed for our stay, including a fully equipped kitchen that we used most nights. The location was excellent, just at the end of the esplanade and short walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The staff were very accommodating and communication was excellent from booking to checkout. I would definitely book to stay at this apartment again.
• Karen (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Apartment was well presented and had everything needed for our stay. Will definitely book again if we can guarantee our arrival before 6pm to avoid the extra charge. Keys couldn't be collected after 6pm. Host needs to be flexible around this because things like flight delays are out of the control of guests. This rule is not clear when using booking.com and may impact the booking decision.

• Judi (8/5): Nice apartment and great location, but needed a bit of maintenance. - It’s a very comfortable apartment with a nice outlook. It was well set up with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds , plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Excellent location right near the esplanade and restaurants. Inside it was quiet, even when there was outside noise. The management informed us just before we came that there would be a $60 surcharge, payable in cash, because we arrived after 6 pm after a long flight. There was no mention of this anywhere in the original booking confirmation. Given that people arrive in Cairns in the evening on interstate and international flights, you would think that they would be better organised for later arrivals. We arrived at about 8 pm , which is not particularly late- I could understand the extra charge if we had arrived after 10pm. Also, there were several things that needed maintenance- broken ironing board, jammed bathroom door. I told the manager and he said that they would fix these issues, so future clients might not have the problem, but really they should have been checking these things. They asked me to leave the fans on when we left, but the fans didn’t work. They didn’t seem to know about this. To be fair to them, they did respond quickly when I contacted them, and they asked if everything was ok after we arrived.

• Kim (8/5): Ok - A bit of a clunky system with constant emails from an automated system, asking for information and filling out documents, to receiving texts from unknown numbers asking the same questions, to being told we MUST meet at the venue between 3 and 6. I had to chage my flight to meet your checkin requirements. Wont be booking with you again as as travelers, we need flexibility

• Carol (10/5): Best apartment I have stayed in - The apartment was excellent, close to the marina & esplanade, overlooking the park.. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied with plenty of dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, glad wrap, cleaning products, etc, enough for the full stay, not just a starter pack. Parking was easily accessed. Nothing I didn't like

• Gerard (4/5): Would not stay here again, overpriced and not worth the money spent much nicer places to stay - Location was good. Too overpriced, for the price paid to stay here, we found it well below standard. The lounge was filthy between the cushions with nail clippings found, the bathroom floors were filthy so the bath sheets became filthy immediately upon use. There was open sauce bottles left in cupboards from previous tennants. The sheets on the beds seemed to come untucked constantly like they were not the right size for the bed, and they wanted to charge to refresh the room, we were here for 9 nights and there was no offer to refresh bedsheets or the apartment mid stay, hotels are cheaper and they offer to refresh your room everynight for the price you pay. The balcony was filthy looked like had not been wiped down or cleaned in months everything was so dusty. The dryer had a broken lint catcher that kept falling off. The soap dispensers were not full some of which were near empty, if they refreshed the rooms half way through wouldnt have mattered but midway through a 9 night stay they didnt last long. Our keys got locked out halfway through our stay lucky for us the front desk staff were more than helpful and recoded our cards.
