• Serena (7/5): Good location but could be improved with more sheets for the beds, more cleaning - Very good location and comfortable apartment Not very clean, a lot of hair in the drain, showering in the kitchen slightly strange and the sofa bed didn’t have sheets so can’t be used as a bed
• Carter (6/5): Calm Comfortable Accommodation - Really big/good value for money, the TV/lounge set up was really comfortable and good hot water in the shower. One of the beds broke when sat on (a slat snapped underneath) on the second night.

• SONG THAI DUONG (7/5): - Phòng hiện đại, vị trí gần metro và các khu tttm Phòng bụi bặm nhiều, nồi chảo trang bị chỉ cho đủ chứ đã bị gỉ. Nhân viên có đề nghị việc dọn phòng. Nhưng sau khi về thì mình chỉ nghe được mùi xịt phòng, ngoài ra không có gì khác biệt, rác k đổ, bụi bặm hoặc tóc vẫn còn y nguyên. Dịch vụ dọn phòng rất tệ.

Căn hộ này mà thuê mỗi tháng chắc chục triệu 1 tháng quá. Mọi thứ đều mới tinh luôn, cơ sở vật chất đầy đủ hết, có cả bột giặt máy giặt cơ 🥰 staff nice và take care cực kì. Giường siêu êm nhá, tôi đã ngủ rất ngon🥰

• Quyên (3/5): Một ngày nghỉ cuối tuần thất vọng - Lần quay lại thứ 2 thật sự thất vọng: - Vừa checkin, vào wc thì nắp két nước bồn cầu mở ra để ngay trên bệ ngồi, chưa lắp lại; ngoài ra, hệ thống bơm nước bồn cầu bị trục trặc gì đó phát ra tiếng kêu lớn rất khó chịu, tụi mình phải đóng chặt cửa wc mới đỡ ồn. Tiếng kêu to đến mức phòng kế bên còn nghe được và phàn nàn lại. - Có gián chạy ra từ tủ bếp và bồn rửa chén. - Dưới tầng trệt của Home có sữa chữa gì đó rất ồn, nguyên buổi trưa tụi mình không thể nghỉ ngơi được. - Wifi có vấn đề nên không thể kết nối được, tụi mình phải bật 5G để sử dụng. - Sau khi mình báo sự cố cho bên Home thì không được phản hồi và xử lý nhanh chóng. 🤦‍♀️

• Mitsuru (2/5): とにかく最悪。日本人の女性の口コミに騙されてはいけない。 - ロケーションは良かった。 とにかく、今までのBooking.comの予約の中で最悪。 1.清掃は3日に1回と連絡あったが、実際は、19日間で1回のみしか清掃してくれなかった。 2. タオル、シーツ等も19日間で1回の交換だった。 3. トイレットペーパーは、交換が無く、最初に設置されたままを消耗しきった、 4. 水も、最初に置かれたのみで、19日間で一回の補給もなかった。 5.シャワー水圧が著しく弱く、手に汲むのに数美容もかかる始末。 6.たった1回の清掃時に机と椅子が壊れているので、直してから返却するとのことで、職人を入れたが、直したのち、部屋に返すことはなかった。

• Cẩm (5/5): Được - Chỗ này sửa nên đổi qua chỗ khác. Chỗ đổi qua đẹp và tiện nghi Quy trình tiếp đón check in, thanh toán mình thấy hơi cập rập. Lúc check in gặp khó khăn mình alo thì ko ai nghe máy hỗ trợ, lúc đấy team mình loay hoay tìm cách vào.

• Le (8/5): - Lovely minimalism design and spacious studio in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful balcony. 200% fully furnished so everything feels like home. It was a quiet area, but the room wasn't very sound-resistant. I was woken up at night by the noise of vehicles. Personally struggle to got back to sleep.
• Thị Thuỳ Linh (8/5): Thoải mái, rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, nv support tốt - Có đủ đầy đủ dụng cụ đồ bếp để mình nấu ăn tại nhà hợp vệ sinh và phù hợp với bệnh của mình phải kiêng nhiều món. Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát, thoải mái, mình ngủ rất ngon. Cánh cửa nhà vệ sinh chưa có đóng vào chặt được, hi vọng chủ có thể sữa chữa lại ạ.
• Jason (6/5): A lot of potential, but unfortunately did not meet expectations - The property provided a good amount of space, functional AirCon, washing machine, and cooking facilities. Communication with the team was very good, they were receptive and responded to queries quickly. The location is good, quiet and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Wifi was provided and was sufficient. Secure location. Bedding was clean. Pricing was competitive. Unfortunately, several items were not up to standard: - Foul Smell from drains - Lack of hot water on some days (hot water heated via solar power) - Lack of water pressure in shower - Shower in toilet/bathroom not functional - Insufficient utensils provided for cooking / dining - Detergent not provided for washing machine and no dish soap/sponge
• Vân (6/5): Sợ ma - Ban ngày thì rất nhiều nắng nhưng cảm giác nhà lạnh lẽo, không có dương khí Phòng tắm vòi hoa sen thì hỏng phải ra bên ngoài tắm , nhưng bên ngoài thì không có đèn. Và nhà còn có “khách” nha =))) đêm đầu mình bị gặp nhưng người ta không hù doạ gì hết, nhưng vẫn hơi sợ, biết sao phòng giá rẻ r nha =))

• Erica (5/5): Eu fiquei 7 dias mas só vale a pena pra no maximo dois dias porque é ruim tomar banho no chuveiro - Cama otima, guarda roupa otimo, sofa otimo, cozinha pequena mas otima O tapete da sala estava imundo e cheio de cabelos, as janelas não estavam limpas, todos os vidros estavam sujos demais. O chuveiro nao tem pressao para a agua sair, sai pouca agua. A entrada do local é muito bagunçada

• Vitali (8/5): Spacious and bright apartment - It’s spacious and bright! The bedroom is separate and there’s a working desk there. There are also four chairs and a dining table in the living room, as well as sofa. The fridge is huge :-) We liked the wooden window frames very much, they add up to the coziness and authenticity! There are also a washing machine and a kettle. The district is calm, there’s a big supermarket and nice places to have a coffee just nearby. We had to buy our own mugs as there are only wine glasses in the kitchen, nothing to drink coffee from. The bath tub seems to be just a decor and a shelter for those who come inside via the sink (we met only a single creature once though). The floor in the bathroom is always wet.

• guo chern (8/5): They deserve a grade A overall - Tv is huge, great for netflix. Beds are cozy, rooms are spacious. The balcony is kinda dusty, sofa itching me too. and theres no lift considering you have to climb 3 floors. But Still acceptable anyway.

• Ovchinnikov (7/5): - Big light apartment with comfy bed, big fridge, and super sink in the kitchen. Great location with a small park just across the road with outdoors fitness facilities. Huge supermarket 10 mins walk where you can buy food and anything you need for your staying. There is great wide working space if you are travelling with laptop. You will be accompanied by cute gecko who catches bugs from the window glass during the dark time. Quite big bathroom. Insects in the apartment. The huge dead cockroach was the first what we saw when we opend the door. We spent 10 days in this apartment and met other cockroaches several times, one even climbed my wife's leg while she was cooking. But cockroaches are not the worst. There live hundreds of tiny ants, who bite quite painfuly. Also there was no door in the shower cabin, thus some water just spilled out of it.

• Nibir (7/5): Average stay, needed more facilities - I liked the spacious rooms and location of the apartment. There was a washing machine/dryer provided for us, every room pretty much had aircon and the TV connected to most online platforms There was no washing powder provided, no water provided (I had to ask), the plates/cutlery/utensils were very minimal. There was no knife so we couldn’t cut our own fruits. The TV language was set to Vietnamese which made it very difficult. On the day of check out I asked for some help to organise a car but in the end I had to organise because it was getting too close to our flight time. There was also no lift in the building and we were on level 3 which made it difficult with our heavy luggage.
• Jenny (7/5): - L'emplacement était idéal pour ma formation, il y a des restaurants partout autour . Situé dans un quartier résidentiel, bonne literie. Une chose que je trouve inadmissible que l'hôte s'est introduit dans ma chambre sans me demander mon avis pour une chose qui n'était pas urgent . Cela ne se fait pas Monsieur à partir du moment où vous louer votre logement. Il y a eu des cafards et l'appartement n'as pas été bien nettoyé. Il y a une cuisine mais il n'y a pas les accessoires qui vont avec ( tasses , éponge, chiffon , même pas une casserole) Hôte absent injoinable , il a été agréable que le 1er jour après plus personne... j'ai du frapper la porte chez la voisine pour demander où je dois déposer les clés lors de mon check out , et la dame qui était venue était très froide et désagréable. Il n'y a même pas un tapis de bain sachant que la douche fuit pour évacuer près des toilettes.
