• Anonymous (10/5): Awesome! - Spacious, close to 7 eleven, walking distance to higashi nakano station, feels like home - a residential place with peaceful neighborhood, and most of all, we were allowed to check in early around 1 pm for free! None at all!
• Tram (8/5): Good place for budgeted travelers - We were happy with the place. We did alot of activities and being closed to train/ metro line that connect to major tourist areas made it pleasant. 10 mins walk to train station. 2 mins walk to laundromat for drying clothes and Food mart. Quiet at night. Good safe neibourhood. Clean place. The hist responded via booking quite promtly. 1/ It can be small for 5 adults if overpack and not used to " travel lite!". 2/The room was not marked clearly. We were told the room number but the number was not marked on the door, instead it was the address in Japanese on the door. We could not read that! Perhaps it was for security reason? We found it by testing the key to all door we see... We got it on the 2nd try. The host respond promptly to all our questions. It was a bit of confusion after 13 hrs flight.. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

• Keiko (1/5): Tokyo over 35° No shower fonction it was Nightmare - This is our Nightmare trip in TOKYO From 1st day No shower No Wifi No TV(Local) fonction and poor cleaning We contacted to ower and send us the person check the condition but impossible to communicante with him cause of language (No English No Japanese ) and aslo he visited at 1 AM over midnight. My Kids and I was soo tired and very disapointed. The ceiling in the bathroom is covered with mold and dust and there is a problem with ventilation. The ower porpose us the REFUND but not REFUND until today and asking for good comment at BOOKING COM. No recommend

• Yuki (1/5): Terrible accommodation - Close to train station Property details clearly states 2 bedrooms with 4 beds (3 double beds in main bedroom, 1futon bed in 2nd bedroom) but there is only 1 bedroom with 3 beds. We struggled to sleep together. There is water leak from the ceiling in wardrobe in bedroom. Very upset Do not recommend
• Angelo (8/5): Our stay at the property was good. We had a wonderful time there after touring tokyo. Surely, we will recommend this to - The beds were comfortable and it was less than 10mins away from the nearest train station. They also have nice bathroom and kitchen. It’s just a personal thing but I hope that they have Netflix subscription on their tv. Other than that, it was a recommendable property.
