- Marisa (9/5): Would definitely recommend for both comfort & location. - Great apartment and location. Very comfortable & within walking distance of so many things. Lots of public transport options too. The hosts were excellent with communication & responded very quickly. Highly recommended & would definitely stay again. Just 2 minor things, Towels are very worn & there was no coffee machine.
- Stephanie (9/5): Spacious inner city apartment close to transport and all that Melbourne city has to offer. - Easy walk to accommodation from Southern Cross Station. Great amount of space and storage within the apartment. City centre location so plenty of food and amenities close by. Beds were a little bit too firm. Busy building. Had someone from building maintenance aggressively knock on door at one point to test hot water in apartment.

- Penny (9/5): Great spot, nice and clean and modern apartment. Perfect for a small family. - The apartment is clean and modern and a good size. Good security. It is a bit noisy. It didn’t bother me but one of our group found the noise of the traffic disrupted her sleep.

- Karen (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne and the apartment was good. - The location was great with access to trams and easy walking to Southern Cross Station and Bourke St Mall. The towels, pillows and bed linen were very disappointing and need to be updated to a better standard.
Complimentary water and milk would be a nice welcome.

- Gemma (7/5): So Unique on Collins was the perfect accommodation for my daughter and I on our recent trip to Melbourne. Clean, comfor - Property is lovely and clean in a central location. We loved how easy it was to find, the hosts had great communication with us and were very helpful. I visit Melbourne annually and this was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in. Master bathroom had a drain smell, taps in bathrooms make it hard to wash hands as taps are recessed too close to the back of the sink, but I felt these are pretty minor things.

- Roger (9/5): Contemporary and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a good location . - High specification modern 2 bedroom apartment each with its own bathroom and a good little study area which was great for doing a bit of work. Relatively spacious for a high rise inner city apartment. Clean and tidy. Came here after staying in a big name corporate serviced apartment in Sydney and this was so much nicer and better value. Good location in CBD on Collins Street. Highly recommended.

May need some drawers in the wardrobe.
If you come from a quiet home you may want or need ear plugs if you want to sleep before 12.30 am on a Saturday night because of the tram and partying on the street. However this may not bother everyone.
