• Lovelive (5/5): Passable - The location was the reason for this booking The mattress was badly worn, impossible to sleep 2 people on the bed. The towels were not replaced for 5 days, even went we contacted the property manager several times
• Barbara (5/5): Outdated apartment with slow wifi and limited toiletries in good location! - -Relatively cheap but you get what you pay for - apartments are dated and in need of some tlc -Great location and central to many areas just NOT 10 mins from Miami Beach -Staff was very responsive to messages thru the app - Initial apartment had not been cleaned, but staff relocated us to a new apartment within minutes -Wifi was rather slow - probably good enough for casual browsing but remote workers maybe think twice, we were not able to join calls. -Outside of soap no other toiletries offered -Property management showed up in the middle of the day unannounced during our stay to “add a key” and were doing something to the doors keypads that triggered the locks alarms - we thought someone was breaking in. - We ran out of toilet paper more than 24 hours from check out, we were told maintenance was going to bring some but they never did. FYI name is misleading this apartment is not 10 minutes from miami beach.
• Samuel (7/5): Pleasant enough, and a good location, but needs a bit more TLC and attention to detail to be great - Good location, relatively well appointed No toilet paper upon arrival, not super clean, bed needed a box spring (sagged toward the center), no hot water pressure.
• Adriana (8/5): Cozy and charm neighborhood - Perfect location. Coconut grove walk distance. The street is very calm and cozy. The mattress was a little old and too soft. The chairs for table are so long, it’s difficult to eat on table. The check in, after some problems, was easy.

• Martinez (10/5): Very good experience. - Very clean and centric apartment. There was no towels change during my stay.
• Nadine (10/5): Lovely apt right near CocoWalk - Such a lovely perfect spot! The apartment itself is so comfortable and clean and it’s located almost right behind CocoWalk and only a 10 minute walk to the water. So clean and nicely maintained, I didn’t see not one bug the whole month I was there! Also really happy that parking was included and was in the back so it was really safe to leave my car full of stuff. Kitchen is stocked with a few pans and kitchen utensils as well as a blender. Everything about the apt was nice. The only annoyance is that the laundry machine downstairs only takes quarters
