• Anda (8/5): - The location was excellent, the apartment was well equipped and quiet. It wasn't completely clean, dust in areas and along baseboards. Nothing terrible...the shower door has a gap in the glass so it leaked and we had to put a towel on the floor in front of the shower to soak up the leaking water.

Les équipements de cuisine étaient manquants, tels que le papier d’aluminium, lighter etc. Porte de salle de bain qui ferme mal. Ce sont toutes des petites choses qui peuvent être améliorés mais qui n’ont empêché d’avoir un beau séjour.

• Aleks (10/5): Splendid apartments on a cozy street in Canmore - Everything was perfect. Splendid apartments on a cozy street, just a ten-minute walk from downtown. The apartment was fully equipped, even with a barbecue on the balcony. Underground parking is a huge plus, especially in winter.

Parking outside on street was available & used. The lobby was clean & inviting. Elevator was clean. The room was clean & comfortable. Well stocked with towels & bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean & well maintained. I had difficulty seeing the numbers on the keypad lock as lighting in hallway wasn’t adequate.

• Ashley (10/5): Nice getaway - Great location with easy access to Canmore town core and walking trails. Host was very easy to work and the check in and out process was seamless.
• Gabriella (6/5): Cute condo but won't be returning - Our host was great at communicating once I reminded her we were coming ( didn't receive our welcome email beforehand). It was great to also have baby items like high chair and crib so we didn't have to bring that with us. The room was quite small for a family of 4. I would suggest this type of room for a couple. The couch also needs to be replaced. It is extremely uncomfortable and we could barely sit on it. Yikes when you are paying over $200 a night. There were no basic kitchen pantry items like salt or oil. These are things that could be bought for guests and kept well in cupboards. Most people won't want to buy a bit bottle of oil just to cook their eggs. The cold water tap needs to be looked at. Seems there is a pressure issue when turning it all the way on. The head of the middle swivle in the washer falls off into your load each time so it needs to be fixed. The units front door also has the lock panel off. Is this because it's a private owner? Regardless it should be replaced. Vacuum also heats up extremely hot when in use for more than 2 minutes- might need replacing also.
• Marilyn (10/5): Great for families. - Loved everything about the place. It is our 2nd time staying here and we had a great time. Got all the check -in instructions via message and it was a breeze in and out. Having a full kitchen and laundry at your disposal is a great plus too. The extra beddings are stored in a cabinet with brooms, etc and not sure if they were clean and available for use.

• Jinshao (7/5): 7 out of 10 - This apartment needs some deep clean and better sanitization. The towels have stains. The mattress protector pad probably never ever got washed. We washed the bed sheets and matress protector pad in the washer when we checked in. The bed sheets were stored in the closet with all of other cleaning stuffs together. We used our own sleeping bag and brought our towels. The cooking utensils were a bit greasy. We washed and cleaned the cooking utensils before we used. The vent fan and oven didn't get cleaned when we checked in. We didn't bother to use the oven anyway. There was no face tissue or laundry detergent in the suite. Only one dish washing pod left in the kitchen. I would suggest the guests should bring ur own laundry detergent ，dish washing pods，ur own towels，face tissue and some Lysol disinfecting wipes to sanitize some areas. The cooking utensils are well stocked. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner responds very quick. Location is great. There are lots of seats in the kitchen and living room for probably 10+ people. Too many chairs take most of space. It's better to remove the chair beside fireplace in the living room so that the guests can have some space to store the luggage. The parking is limited in front of the lobby. We found the parking was full in every morning during our stay. • Kim (9/5): Comfy homey apartment. - The apartment was very comfortable and met our expectations - the photos are accurate. The location is good and an easy stroll to town either via the main road or through Spring Creek, where there is a gourmet deli/market nearby. Also a good dog friendly coffee shop just around the corner. The building facilities are very good, including the hot tub, underground carpark and onsite Japanese Restaurant. The apartment itself is clean, warm and comfortable with a great bathtub, and shampoo/conditioner supplied and felt like home for our 18 day stay. Good separate towels for the bathroom and hot tub. We would be happy to return in a future trip. Narrow driveway into carpark - some Canadian cars are very large. You also need to ensure that you have the new security codes, which change every 14 days, to get into the underground carpark.

The condo was central to everything so it was easy to walk. We did one day of skiing at Sunshine and it is only 30 minutes there and 1 hour to Lake Louise! The indoor parking was a bonus! Even better was the liquor store right across the street.
• Cam (8/5): Enjoy the location when we stay in Canmore - As we travel to Canmore a couple of times a year, we have stayed a few different places around Falcon Crest. We like this location as it is within walking distance to our friend we visit and have him over for dinner when we are in Canmore. The condo was comfortable but use an update. We were disappointed that the kitchen was not as equipped as the places we have stayed in at Falcon Crest or other condos in the area. No bowl to make a salad and had to use a pot. Had to go and buy wine glasses as there were only 2 (not the same size) and other glasses very small. The owner needs to review their kitchen inventory and maybe get rid of some fry pans and update dishes, glasses, bowls, utensils, etc. as well has having some bakeware that you can use in the oven. Also dishwasher should be properly attached on the sides as when I loaded it it tilted forward. Light burnt out in the kitchen as well as the door entrance. We would suggest that the owner have a check list for the cleaning person to go through and ensure everything is working properly. We had an issue with the fireplace as someone had shutoff the main switch but Lisa had a person out as soon as possible to resolve this. If the cleaning person had a check list this could have be resolved before we checked in as this is one thing my wife enjoys is the fireplace when she is in Canmore celebrating her birthday in November.

Clean rooms & furniture Kitchen & bathroom was clean & well organized Smart TV was a added bonus which allows us to play things we like. Even though we didn't use but sitting arrangement in the balcony & BBQ was a great add on. Very comfortable sitting arrangements both in the dining area & living room Fire place was really great Having underground parking was awesome. Since the unit is on 2nd level & road side, curtains in the living room must have a black out screen to have some privacy & natural light at the same time. Some of our white clothes ended up with some stains after using the washer & dryer. This must be inspected & fixed. Door of the standing washroom does not seal completely. Water leaks & floods the floor in the bathroom while taking shower. It would be great if daily cleaning services like (Garbage removal, bedding, quick vacuum on the floor) is offered during the multiple night stay.
• Diane (7/5): Nice place. Good location. Worked for us. - Don’t know anything about breakfast. Location was walkable to centre. Looks like there’s a bus service but didn’t have to use it. We always prefer a king bed (like a lot of people I know) as my husband is over 6’ with wide shoulders. So we end up sleeping separate in bed and pullout. Works for a short time but not ideal. Price made it acceptable.
• Robert (7/5): Nice basic place to stay in Canmore. - Located just on the outskirts of Canmore this property is good value. Parking underground is great and the elevator close by, two hot tubs available. There is a fabulous cafe/food store across the road - Take a Hike - serves great quality light meals to eat in or take away. Soundproofing could of been better, we could hear the people upstairs midnight activities very clearly.

Grease above the microwave on cupboard doors. Not sure when the ledges in bathroom was last cleaned. Used several Lysol wipes to clean it. Corners in the shower weren't clean. Several months worth of brochures stacked up beside fireplace.

• Daivik (3/5): Poor experience - Property was not maintained. Lacked cleanliness. Balcony and carpets were unclean. The owner lives far away from the property and manages this property remotely. They wait for the feedback of guests to fix any items. The bathroom door lock was not working and bathroom sink was clogged. However, the owner fixed it second day. Overall, disappointed with booking.com as they couldn’t arrange for alternate property than the owner. They offered travel credits of $123 for this inconvenience!
• Anna (9/5): I would stay here again. just needs some attention to details with lightbulbs and creamer, etc. - I loved the shower. the bathroom was roomy. the location was great and it was very clean. It was hard to see in the bathroom because some light bulbs were burned out and there wasn’t any cream for coffee. Water glasses might’ve held 4oz. I recommend a few items to make it feel a little more stocked like new glass wear, including wine glasses.
