- Gaurav (9/5): Great place in shinjuku. - The place is centrally located and cosy. It was lovely to be there. I would like to stay here again. There was nothing major. With a few minute details which can be ignored.

- Reşat (6/5): - Great location. We found apartment so easy. The instructions given to find and enter the house were sufficient It was not so clean. The furnitures are too old. Bed didnt comfortable
- FABIO (5/5): - Posizionati nel centro di Kabukicho.Adatto per coppie o gruppi di amici.Il gestore sempre presente on line e pronto ad aiutarti Molto piccolo anche se ben organizzato , ma al massimo per 2 persone.Il terzo letto futon in realtà è un materasso da srotolare ma che se vuoi utilizzare devi spostare il tavolo presente nella foto, sul balcone inutilizzabile.La caldaia della doccia ha qualche problema , acqua o bollente o gelata.

- Garfield (6/5): Great location and value for money - if you can find it - Heart of Shinjuku is on your doorstep but still very cosy and quiet. The instructions to get inside are absolutely incorrect and we spent hours trying to get inside. Finding the street location is straight forward (it is in an alley round the corner from 7/11) but the instructions to get the ket were incorrect. Specifically, the instructions said to walk 50 meters down an alley to access the letterbox but its actually right next to the door (i.e there is no alley). When i contacted the owner asking for help they just sent me the street location - not willing to help.
- Arpaporn (7/5): Small but valuable - The room was quite small but one person can sleep on prepared futon. There was no any carpet so we had to use our towels to clean our feet which was quite not hygienic. The internet roaming signal was not good but you can ask the host for wifi. You can wash clothes and dry in the bathroom which is quite convenient. And you can watch TV while you’re taking a shower!
- Saraswati (7/5): Good - The location was great and pretty comfy for a solo traveler The direction to the exact location of the property were not clear. Some pictures might help better. I ended up trying opening the wrong lockbox in the wrong property.
- Ho (1/5): Utterly dissatisfied. - Washing machine, heated toilet seat. The location given was wrong. Not only that, the code given for the mail box is wrong as well. For 2 hours I suffered in the cold, 2 degrees by the way, my kids have to sleep on the floor because guess what? It’s 12am. We have to use the pick to get the key because as I have said the code was given wrongly. The room is small, very very small. Max, 2 people only. Very disappointed, not recommended. Toiletries also not provided.

- Federica (10/5): Amazing - The apartment is a bit small for 3 people, but all in all after being around the city all day we just needed a cozy place to sleep at night. Impeccable cleanliness. The fact that the toilet is separated from the shower area is a real convenience, not to mention all its super technological functions which allowed 3 Italian guys🇮🇹 to be able to use the bidet without any problem. The kitchen is small but very useful for a super quick snack, but we actually almost never used it because we always ate out. There is a section hidden behind the mirror at the entrance where you can leave your shoes and slippers. The air conditioning was our lifesaver as even in May it was already hot. Overall we had a really good time, except for our arrival when we couldn't find the keys 🙈 the owner explained everything to us in detail but we still didn't understand... In the end we managed to get in and we enjoyed our fantastic apartment 5 min walk from the center of Shinjuku!! Definitely an experience worth trying again!

- Bai (10/5): Pleasant - Overall it’s great, neat furniture and clean room :) There are some stuff I would like to comment. Maybe it’s my fault, as a person who live in China and Australia, our address are counting base on line, however, when it comes to Japan. It counts base on block, so it tools several time to find the place. Also regarding the locker, the owner describe it clearly, but it also took me a while to open the locker. Again, it could be my fault, but just some hint for the next user

- Anonymous (7/5): Good - we end up moving to another property owned by the same owner because the original booking room had few issue but I commend the person who is managing the property as he or she is very helpful and quickly gave us option to move to different location. if you are looking for very basic accommodation in great location, this is for you weak Wi-Fi and very small room
