• Claire (10/5): A beautiful, relaxing space with wonderful hosts who made the stay feel warm, fun, and effortless. - Wade and Josy have created a welcoming, clean, and lovely space. The decor was great, and I especially loved the infrared sauna and massage chair! I didn’t have time to use the gym this time around, but there was plenty there to make use of. Wade was funny, enigmatic, and a bit cheeky, while Josy was super sweet, kind, and accommodating. They make a great team. Thanks guys!

• Shervin (7/5): Nice friendly AirBnB - Staff were friendly and helpful, and the place has great facilities and a very relaxed vibe It felt very much like an AirBnB at someone's house, not at all like a hotel. I booked it through a hotel website so it was quite different to what I was expecting. Such as automated checkin system rather than seeing a receptionist.

• JD1982 (10/5): Home away from home. - The owners are lovely, friendly, welcoming and really everything you wish your housemates to be. I was personally welcomes and shown the place. I was only staying briefly, however felt at home away from home which is very important to be able to focus on my work while travelling. Close to the Airport, City, but peaceful. Will definitely stay again in the future, and next time make greater use of their in-house gym, sauna and ice bath.

I am able to work out during travel with the home gym and everything we need can pretty much be found here. It is also safe with all the digital locks for every room. The room is decorated with care, I love the design and style The bathroom not having a door, the railway can be overheard from the shut window as it is located just next to it. The sound is ok for me though (I slept well while my partner did not)

Everything from their warm personality to the amazingly designed rooms. The comfortable beds, and all the extras "sauna" hot tub" "gym" the location and the feel of home. Thank you for your kind-hearts. Nothing, it’s was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. Especially if you like a real Aussie experience. Not like a hotel, where they are just after making a profit. These managers, went out of their way, to give me a tour. Explain how everything worked and were just great people, understanding, caring and kind-hearted.

Just want any traveller needs to get themselves ready for action! - Wade and his partner were super-welcoming, kind and went above and beyond to ensure my one-night stay was perfect. They clearly take great pride in their property and their service - Excellent all round. Worth noting that the bathroom and kitchen are communal - but clean and no problems with access.

Mit dem Bus bzw der nahegelegenen Fähre war man in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum und an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Wir wollten nicht in ein "Stadthostel", weil diese oftmals laut sind und vernachlässigt wirken. Deshalb hatten wir uns für Coorparoo Haven und dem meintlich familiären Scharm entschieden. Doch leider wäre wohl jedes Hostel besser gewesen! Das Zimmer, welches wir gebucht hatten, war neu und sauber, allerdings der Rest das komplette Gegenteil. Die Arbeitsflächen in der Gemeinschaftsküche dreckig und schmierig, die Geschirrtücher als auch Spülschwämme vermutlich tagelang nicht gewechselt und sahen bzw rochen dementsprechend. Abgelaufenes Essen im Kühlschrank, wovon ich ausgehe von Gästen, die lange vorher bereits abgereist sind. Aus der Spülmaschine trotz frisch gelaufen kam ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Auch so im Badezimmer. Wenn sich mehrere Parteien ein Bad teilen, sollte es so sein, dass täglich gereinigt wird. Das war hier nicht der Fall und zeigte sich an Bartstoppeln entlang der Fugen am Waschbecken, Wasserpfützen am Boden und überall Haare klebend. Es mag sein, dass Wade (der Gastgeber) ein netter Kerl ist. Er war bemüht um uns. Allerdings nur leider nicht anwesend sonder alles in Schriftform. Bei der Ankunft war niemand als Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir mussten den Eintritt ins Haus über den Chat erfragen. Mit schriftlicher Anweisungen und keinen Nummern an den Zimmertüren nicht ganz einfach das richtige Zimmer zu finden und standen anfangs dann doch im Falschen. Das Haus liegt direkt neben einem befahrenen Bahnübergang. Es muss einem entsprechend bewusst sein, dass es laut ist. Denn auch nachts fahren Züge und aus Sicherheitsgründen wird am Übergang noch mal laut gebimmelt. Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist auf gar keinen Fall gerechtfertigt und wir wissen wovon wir sprechen, denn wir haben auf unserer Reise durch Australien einige Unterkünfte erlebt.

The location was perfect, too—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The host went above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I can't recommend this place enough! I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
