• cornelia (7/5): Was een oké verblijf maar had met een 8.7 als cijfer meer verwacht qua prijs-kwaliteit. - De locatie is goed. Rustige locatie en leuke ontbijt en diner opties in de buurt De communicatie was erg lastig . We lazen in de reviews dat we 1 week voorafgaand aan aankomst informatie zouden krijgen . Uiteindelijk de avond voor aankomst contact met Booking gezocht omdat we nog steeds niks hadden gehoord . Zij kregen ook niemand te pakken dus duimen maar. ‘s avonds rond 8pm kregen we te horen dat we de sleutel bij een winkel op moesten halen , 5 min van de accomodatie verwijderd . Niet heel praktisch . Bed is erg smal en super zacht . Tv gaf continue aan dat er geen wifi was. Wij hadden appartement 8. Tijdens het douchen was er enorm veel kabaal van de waterpomp. Hier zijn we ‘s nachts ook een keer wakker van geworden .
• TIMOTHY (10/5): Great Place to Stay near Westminster and Big Ben - Great loft in the Centre of everything that you want to see! The kitchen facilities were very good - and we enjoyed cooking not only our meals for this stay but also for the next few days of the trip. Nothing.

• Thomas (8/5): Great location in walking distance from - Great location. Spacious, quiet, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen - just a coffee machine is missing, 3rd floor without lift, important if you have a big luggage
• David (9/5): - Das Appartement war toll eingerichtet, sauber und in einer sehr guten, ruhigen Lage. Es gibt auch etliche Restaurants/Pups und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen bis auf das es keinen Lift hat… der Rest war Tip Top.

The owners were very responsive and helpful. The bed has wooden planks under it that kept falling off. But otherwise jt was very comfy.

• David (6/5): - The location was very good and relatively quiet. Not at all stylish but the opposite. I rarely leave detailed bad reviews but this apartment was not enjoyable to stay at and was over-hyped in its description. Bed was terrible, and slats dislodged whilst sleeping. Metal bedside tables clangged when items were used during the night. Squeaky bathroom door disturbing other sleeper during the night. Strange TV setup with no instructions. Half a loaf of sliced bread left along with half a packet of pasta but no basic condiments, etc. Extension cord to to run over to the bed if a side lamp was desired. Poorly decorated. Annoying and time consuming key pickup and return which is unknown until after making the booking.

• Ruth (10/5): Convenient stylish comfortable flat. - It was in a great quiet area yet only a few minutes away from Victoria station. The apartment was a good size, well equipped, the bed was comfy, the comms from the owner were all quick and friendly.

• Santiago (9/5): Agradable, tranquilo y acogedor. - Está en muy buena ubicación, a solo 10 minutos andando de Buckinham Palace. Es una zona muy tranquila donde se puede descansar después de un día disfrutando de la ciudad. El calentador hay que encenderlo con mínimo 30 minutos de antelación, algo que se nos avisó antes de nuestra llegada y que nos vino muy bien para organizarnos. Los propietarios nos resolvieron las dudas en todo momento. La casa es perfecta para dos personas, tiene todo lo necesario. Volveríamos sin duda. La limpieza no fue perfecta, pero lo hablamos con los propietarios y nos comentaron que el personal de limpieza era nuevo. Algo que comprendimos.

• Harvey (3/5): Not Recommended - Stay at Your Own Risk - The main virtue of this flat is its proximity to Victoria Station, a 10-minute walk. It’s in a pleasant building, in a quiet neighborhood, with shops and restaurants close by. These aspects, however, don’t offset the deficiencies, as highlighted below. I will largely gloss over the failure of the water heater during our stay, such that we had no hot water on three days of our holiday. To be sure, these kinds of things can happen; a conscientious host would strive to compensate a guest who suffered the consequences. Not these owners; for them it’s a one-way street. We’re still trying to obtain a fair and equitable settlement for the hardship. The flat is rather spartan and not well-equipped. The bed is uncomfortable and the furnishings appear to have come from a charity shop. Among the missing are basics such as a coffeemaker, cutting board, bath mat, and pantry staples other than tea bags, instant coffee and salt. There’s no information regarding the neighborhood, the flat or the equipment in it. The owner(s) don’t even bother to inform guests how and where to dispose of rubbish. We had to text frequently to deal with these sorts of issues. That’s frustrating enough, but compounded when the owner rings you, ranting that you’re bothering them with too many texts—most of which actually concerned the hot water system failure—and telling you to leave if you don’t like it. We were so terrorized by this episode that we feared we’d come back to find our belongings on the pavement. They want the revenue you provide but seem to feel little obligation to deliver anything more than the minimum in terms of service. The photos I’ve included show that the flat is a bit down-at-the-heels. While it appeared clean at first blush, we soon learned otherwise. Going barefoot we found the floors so gritty and dirty that we had to damp mop the entire flat. We booked a 10-day stay. Midway we requested clean linens, which weren’t delivered until 2:00 PM, effectively costing us a day of our holiday. We had to wrangle with the owner before being promised a refund—only to have the owner later renege on that commitment. These are not the sorts of people you want to do business with. Bottom line: Go elsewhere.
• Caroline (10/5): My best friend and I had a lovely stay. We were very comfortable and felt safe. We were provided with detailed check in - The property was in an excellent location! We were walking distance to Victoria station as well as Big Ben and other landmarks/attractions. Nothing!

• Lisa (9/5): Clean apartment with everything you need close to main train tube station - Great video sent to help locate the key. Minutes walk from Victoria tube station, clean and fresh and great shops near by as well as pubs Cant say much at all. Several flights of stairs to carry your luggage but thats only once up and once down and you need exercise on holiday anyway.
• Constantino (4/5): Sleeping is comfortable but needed amenities are lacking. - The rooms, living, dining, kitchen and bedroom are ok. The fob key did not work and was replaced only after 2 days, so we had a hard time going into the building. There is no lift and for a room at the fourth floor, it is hard for us to take our luggages up and down of the building. The shower heater will work only for the first 3 minutes, and shower will be all cold water after that, even though there is hot water on faucets.
