• Khursheed (8/5): Well managed extremely clean modern hotel located in a good area - This was my second stay and I was fully aware of what all to expect. The hotel has high volume of visitors from around the world with constant movement of people. Location is good and hotel is extremely clean and well managed. Breakfast is sumptous too. The room size is quite small and compact. The space will be particularly challenging for two persons in the room. The management should also provide coffee/tea sachets though kettle is provided on demand.

Room is a bit small for the price you pay . Breakfast was tasty but limited choices especially if one stays more than couple of days. Tv channels keep getting disconnected especially foreign channels. Slippers given tad too small for bigger footed people.

The decoration and the atmosphere of the hotel is so calm so that you can grab your book and enjoy your time at the lobby. Their music taste is nice. The best part of my accommodation was the staff. They were so helpful in terms of advising places for spa and restaurants. They are here whenever you need, to make you feel comfortable and safe and this means beyond everything when you are a female solo traveler. I specially thank to Miss. Quyen from the bar for her kind service and guidance and her colleagues Mr. Vu and Bao. I will definitely stay here when I come to Vietnam and they deserve a 5 star.

• Anurag (9/5): A perfect place for a short 2–3 day stay in Ho Chi Minh City - What I really liked about my stay at Win Hayat in Ho Chi Minh City was how smooth and flexible everything felt from the start. The biggest highlight for me was the 24-hour check-in system no stress about early arrivals or waiting around, which is honestly a game changer after a long journey. I also appreciated the contactless check-in process, which was super convenient and quick. The property offers a great city view, especially with its proximity to the Saigon River, making the overall experience even more relaxing. On top of that, the location is quite good close enough to key areas while still feeling calm and comfortable. Overall, it made the stay hassle free and very enjoyable. What I didn’t particularly like about my stay was the lack of on site staff. While the self-service and contactless system is convenient, it can feel a bit impersonal at times. There’s limited human interaction, which makes it harder if you need immediate assistance or have specific requests. I think having at least some staff presence or quicker support options would really improve the overall guest experience.

• saffakay (10/5): 24-hour Flexibly - This was a 24-hour hotel, meaning you check in at 7pm one day, you check out at 7pm the following day. It was a great deal because I had a late night flight! Great view of the city. Wonderful breakfast choices. Bar was also available and one can enjoy the outdoor seating while having a drink! Friendly and help staff. Space was a bit limited in the room, but booking a larger room is also a possibility. Slightly odd placement of the light fixtures as the light switch next to the person will shine a light directly into your eyes.

• Elise (9/5): - The interior design was so goregous and creative, the friendliness of the staff, the massive range of breakfast options, the cosy urban feel, the fact there was a gym and you don't have to rush to get out of the hotel before 12 as it's a 24 check out. It's also a place where you can meet a lot of other tourists, it's quite easy to get to the airport from there from what I remember. Within walking distance or a short grab ride away from a lot of tourist attractions. For the price, the room I stayed in (while comfy) was quite small esp. considering the overall price of accommodation in Vietnam. However I would say if you want somewhere cosy, colourful and urban with various breakfast options included in a good location, this is definitely a good place to stay

I got told off by one of the staff members to clean up my food due to they open the aircon at the lounge area and my food can cause smells. By the way there was no fish sauce or any other sauce to cause smell. It was fruit and snack.i was not happy at all.
