Ann (5/5): Passable - It was very misleading regarding "M11 comes with FREE parking" on booking.com. I originally booked with another place. Due to the host posted on booking.come that the apartment comes with "FREE PARKING", I cancelled my original booking and switched with M11. When I requested info regarding the parking spot the night before our arrival, the host informed me that there are 2 self-pay parking lots close by the apartment as well as a free public lot somewhere. I wish the host was honest about the parking, so I would not have to scrambling around the last minute to reserve my parking in a city with a lot of homeless people. There is no free parking come with the rental. Although apartment was clean, it was hard to look at the dirty window screens. Beds were OK. The location is not really downtown of Montreal. It is still a long walk away from downtown.
