• Maria (2/5): - L'appartement est proche d'une station de métro et c'est pas cher - l'hôte ne répond à aucun message - l'appartement était sale - les services indiqués ne correspondent pas à la réalité, en effet il y a ni sèche-cheveux ni papier toilette ni sacs poubelles ni torchons - l'isolation est catastrophique on entend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe à l'extérieur et chez les voisins - le quartier n'est pas sécurisé, nous avons eu droit à ce que quelqu'un arrive à rentrer dans l'immeuble et vienne tambouriner à la porte un soir - il y a de la moisissure sur de nombreuses prises - l'appartement n'est pas fini ( des ampoules non accrochées, l'interphone qui pend)

• Barbara (7/5): Comoda soluzione ma migliorabile la pulizia - Grande appartamento in buona posizione vicino a metropolitana e autobus, si arriva in centro in circa mezz'ora. Il quartiere è servito. La casa può ospitare anche 3 persone, noi abbiamo usato il divano letto in soggiorno. Inoltre se si va durante la stagione invernale, il riscaldamento è buono e regolabile. La casa non era sufficientemente pulita, sia il pavimento del bagno ed anche le lenzuola. Inoltre, non c'erano sufficienti asciugamani e mancavano sapone, shampoo e detersivo per piatti. Consigliamo di portare con voi le federe dei cuscini.

• Aline (8/5): My stay was satisfactory - I liked the location it's 10 minutes from the station, the apartment is very spacious and for my 2-day stay it was great, the host was very polite and helpful ☺️ It's a good apartment, but it shows signs of lack of maintenance, a little general maintenance would already be great
• Lidia Helena (8/5): Jestem zadowolona z pobytu w Londynie, to ciekawe miasto warte odwiedzenia. - Lokal jest w dogodnym miejscu pod względem komunikacji - autobusy, metro, taksówki. W pobliżu dużo sklepów spożywczych czynnych do póznych godzin. Łatwo dojechać do centrum Londynu metrem lub autobusem, łatwo dostać się taksówką lub autobusami bezpośrednio do pociągu, który jedzie na lotnisko Stansted. Lokal jest przestronny z dużym salonem słonecznym , wygodna sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem i garderobą , duża kuchnia, wygodna łazienka. W mieszkaniu było ciepło, ogrzewanie spełnia wszelkie oczekiwania. Lokal wymaga drobnych ale bardzo ważnych poprawek, które ułatwiłyby funkcjonowanie. Dolny zamek w drzwiach zacina się to jest duży mankament. Słuchawka domofonu jest zepsuta, w toalecie i umywalce woda bardzo słabo spływa to jest drugi bardzo duży mankament, który powinien być naprawiony koniecznie . Na wyposażeniu kuchni z drobnych sprzętów przydałaby się patelnia, małe deski do krojenia, suszarka na talerze. Osoby sprzątające lokal nie posprzątały garderoby.

• Ellie (5/5): Far from a stunning luxury apartment described - Spacious. Good shower. Washing machine and cooker. Dirty. Bare basics. Towels still damp and thrown on radiators when arrived. crumpled bed linen. dirty shelving in bedroom and just 1 hanger, so nowhere to put clothes. no forks, so luckily I read previous review and took one (which I left). tv not tuned. no cushions on sofa. no dining table. dirty bed linen and towels piled up in cupboards. dirty toilet, which I cleaned. noisy location - although on a residential road, apartment is close to busy main road. A live music venue close by meant a few sleepless nights, along with noisy drunk people going past property early hours, which as a lone female did not make me feel safe. Zero communication with owner- I sent many emails before and during my stay, and made phone calls with no reply. just received automated emails from owner.
• Catherine (3/5): It’s a shame that an apartment with such potential is not maintained or managed well. - Good size apartment. Good sized shower with hot water. Handy to have washing/drying machine for clothes. Easy walk to underground station. Small well stocked supermarket on the corner. A number of things were broken or damaged including a full length mirror that had been left in the walk in closet for over a year (mentioned in another review). The oven was very dirty with food residue left on trays. There were no forks in the cutlery container, not dishwashing liquid and no tea towels which I would have expected when staying in an apartment set up for self catering. I also have not been to accommodation with no tea or coffee supplies. No hand towels, face cloths or hand soap in the bathroom. I needed to clean the hair in the drain in the shower so that the water drained properly. Other reviews have also mentioned that the bath towels that were provided were quite wet. No hair dryer or iron even though they are listed on the property’s description. The owner sent through upbeat messages but it seems that they were automatically generated as he did not respond to messages except for the text when we arrived to find no key in the key safe (the cleaner was still at the accommodation at checkin time).

The apartment was very dirty, including the bedding and kitchenware, and there was no toilet paper provided. Also, the radiator in the bedroom wasn’t working, so it was uncomfortably cold during the night.
• Carol (7/5): Great flat nice location take own iron - Great property, good location Not best communication just standard check in out messages but did give address for shopping delivery. But no iron or board in property which is listed in facilities and when asked about it no response at all
• Jennifer (2/5): Disgusting and unhygienic - very disappointing. - Carpets in the living room and bathroom need replacing or deep cleaning. Rubbish bin in the kitchen didn`t close. The major point though why I am leaving a review here is that there were worms coming out of the bathroom drain. Despite informing the host the issue didn`t get resolved. During my whole stay I had no response or acknowledgment from the host apart from automatic sent out messages for the checking.

• Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - This flat was an excellent price in an excellent location. Felt really safe as a solo female traveller. Kitchen facilities were just what is needed. A good, safe area. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!
• Giovanni (5/5): Nice room with poor service - The apartment was warm and clean, near to turnpike lane station, easy to find and we had no problems with the keys. The host did not reply to our request, the kitchen did not have cutlery, there was a single towel for two persons staying 10 days, a couple of chairs and cloth hangers would have been appreciated.
• Kingsley (8/5): Cozy stay. - It really is a nice apartment, great room height, space, natural lighting, natural ventilation and airing were all considered beautifully. Facilities, furniture, appliances and electronics all up to standard. I was appalled to arrive finding the bed used and unkept, used sheets and unswept floors. The pressure from the WC could really be better. There were no lights in the toilet/bathroom and had to borrow a GU10 from the kitchen to fit in the toilet/bathroom. There also aren’t any Tea, sugar or coffee in the kitchen.

• Klára (2/5): Overall, we’re very disappointed. The host was unresponsive, our problems were left unsolved. - There were few positive things: - The bathroom was clean. - The wifi was reliable and fast. - Public transport is ideal, Turnpike Lane tube station and various bus stops are close. Upon arrival, we weren't satisfied with the apartment, so we tried contacting the host, who didn't send any messages apart from automatic ones. We spent 7 nights here, as the days passed more and more problems revealed themselves. These include: - We made a reservation for three adults, but when we arrived, only the double bed was prepared. We had to look around for the third towel and set of bed linen, all of these were slightly wet. Luckily, they dried by the evening - The double bed was uncomfortable, but the couch was completely unsuitable for sleeping, the person sleeping there had to tuck some bedding under their waist (see the photo in my review). One side of the couch cannot handle weight, the whole couch started tilting, so the person had to sleep on the other side and in a specific position so as not to fall off the edge - There were no hangers for our clothes (not ideal for a 7-night stay) - Two of the towels had orange patches on it (probably due to some kind of cleaning supplies) - There was no toilet brush or hairdryer (the listing of the apartment mentions the hairdryer) - Most of the pots were dirty, the inside of the kettle was full of limescale, the inside of the microwave was smelly. The pictures in the listing don't show that the kitchen is accessible by walking down a set of stairs - The TV wasn't tuned in - The light above the double bed started flickering - There's a full-length broken mirror in the closet-like space that is in the corner of the bedroom - As a previous reviewer wrote and the photos in the listing show, there is basically no decoration in the apartment Some of these issues have been mentioned by previous reviewers. It is extremely disappointing that the host shows no sign of taking these into account, as some of them could be solved quite easily (e.g. dirty towels, clean kitchen appliances).

• Tesheka (10/5): LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS APARTMENT!!! - Everything inside the apartment was great, other than the lack of view out of the windows. At the entrance of the apartment block, there was dog excrement, which wasn’t the best welcome I’ve had. I also did not like that one of the neighbours kept putting their pram outside the door of my apartment, blocking the way of my visitors and I. That is also not good health and safety practice.

No iron (was listed). No soul - no pictures, plants or side lamps - just main lighting, so too harsh. No response to any messages left.

The towels in the bathroom were also soaking wet I managed to work out how to use the dryer on the washing machine to dry everything Messaged the host and the cleaner did come round to remake the bed Bathroom sink would not drain so had to clean our teeth in the kitchen sink Not worth the money - very disappointing
