We all slept well and enjoyed our stay
The only thing was that was no coffee cups but I had bought one so it was fine. Also we had a bit of Troy Le finding it as it wasn’t signed Marina view studio
It was the Park Regis I think. The staff in that office were very friendly and also very helpful. Would probably stay again if I came back for something in Townsville. Thank you very much🌸 A unit upstairs to the right was very loud and noisy quite late I to the night but Fell asleep anyway and nyst no coffee cups in cupboard bit coffee sahets and sugar supplied. Everything else was great.

The room was spacious, with two comfortable queen beds and thoughtful extras like chips, water, face wipes, and even Vegemite. The location was fantastic. Communication with the host was wonderful, and we were even able to get a late checkout…nothing was ever a problem. I would definitely stay here again Nothing

- leanne (4/5): satisfactory - location was great and contact staff were great concerned about hygiene of plates etc as there is no washing basin other than in toilet. ants in bathroom. little disappointed bout the garaging having to be on the road as there were ample parks inside the gated area so not sure why we didn't get access. no washing facilities.

Great location on Palmer Street - close to the restaurants, etc (even walking distance to QLD Country Bank Stadium) but far enough away to still be nice & quiet. Loved watching the sunrise over the water each morning while drinking my coffee.
Having a washing machine and dryer (as well as a drying rack) was super convenient.
Will definitely stay here again.
- Joel (10/5): - Fly/insect screens on the balcony doors and bathroom window. Being able to open without mosquitoes coming into the room. Being able to have fresh air and a breeze from the water. Would have prevented having to use the aircon

Internet for study and movies, location was fantastic, we were around some of the best foods just walking distance. The room was phenomenal, condiments for breakfast, best hand soap!, view was fantastic, the bed was amazingly comfy, the best tv screen in and hotel, they even have ice packs in the freezer so you can go on a picnic. Clean, comfortable and amazing service.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and moved us into an apartment on the strand which was magnificent. Review below based on 2nd apartment Balcony unusable on original apartment due to air conditioning unit.

- Tania Crossley (9/5): Centrally located Palmer Street Property close to restaurants and harbour - The property is located on the southern side of the river and city on Palmer Street. Is is located in walking distance to a variety of restaurants.
It is lovely sitting on the balcony looking out to the harbour and Castle Hill.
The beds are very comfortable. Nothing.

A bit confusing to collect the keys at first but this could also be due to not receiving my email straight away as I only booked it 10 min before arriving. The only thing I didn't like was the little things like coffee, tea, milk, etc and body wash was only enough for 1 night stay and we stayed 3 nights and no extra was delivered.

- Rhonda (5/5): Thankfully we didn't spend a lot of time indoors - There was no breakfast, linen was changed once in nine days. Very tired property with blacked out bedroom windows. No broom or dustpan to do a daily sweep.
Lock boxes too high on the wall and in a very dark spot which made it difficult to key in the correct code. Quite disappointed in the overall condition of the property. Definately not value for money Dated, tired and somewhat run down property
