Guest Reviews
- Yasmin (9/5): -
- Nola (9/5): Enjoyable and convenient. - We liked the roominess of the house. Beds comfortable and well equipped. Location was good for us going to White Eagle House for a Country Music Festival.
- Helen (10/5): Excellent stay!! - Very clean and neat house — everything provided for a comfortable stay. Woolworths and Aldi nearby. Great place and dog friendly. N/A
- Julie (8/5): We thought the property was just what we needed at the time. - We had our little dog, Evie, with us and we loved that there was a yard for her to run around. The use of a washing machine and a full kitchen. The location was quiet and in walking distance to shops. The location didn't have a holiday feel to it, but nothing that a drive to Geelong didn't solve.
- Andrea (10/5): - Fabulous little house with all the amenities and lovely coffee, tea, milk and water stocked by Leonie, the property owner. Really comfy beds. Lovely shower and bath. Set in a good area for my needs within easy drive of ferry, Torquay and lots of beautiful places. TV didn't have local stations programmed, so couldn't watch the news.
- Mark (8/5): - Nice clean house with a great yard for our dog
- Karen (10/5): -
- Brenda (10/5): Wonderful, considering we had a death in the Family and my husband had to go to Tasmania. - It was quick and convenient My husband forgot to clean up doggy do

- Tarryn (7/5): Great location - Great location and great setup for bringing my pet along. There was a breeze coming from the kitchen into the lounge that made it really cold when you sat on the lounge. But with the heater on and the supplied blankets wrapped around for warm enough
- Stuart (10/5): -
- Nola (10/5): An excellent stay would recommend. Would be excellent for families. - Comfortable and in a quiet location. Not far to go into Geelong .
- Lea (7/5): Quiet with no traffic noise. Close to beach and Botanical Gardens. - Securely fenced garden for the dog.
Heating worked well.
Comfortable bed. The street where the property is located is fine, but it is situated in a very run down area. I was pleased I had my dog with me.
- Clare (10/5): Nice - Water in the fridge.
Adequate milk.
Good heating.
Nice garden for our dog.
Good location.

- Anthony (10/5): Whittington wonder! - The host Leonie was so hospitable and accommodating when we were delayed and rushing back to check out. As the day we checked in, she even left the aircon on low to keep the house cool when we arrived. Will definitely recommend her property for a stay and the Bellarine Peninsula is a beautiful location to visit. Nothing that could be faulted!
- Jan (9/5): Superb - Lovely house! So clean and fresh. We stayed for one night as a stop over to the Great Ocean Road.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Just what we needed as our base for kids sporting event over the weekend
- Melinda (6/5): Convenient for what we needed. - It was located close to where we needed to be for the purpose of our stay. The houses in the area didn't look cared for, although this property was maintained and refurbished.
Needs air-conditioning in the bedroom areas for warm days.
- Richard (9/5): Visiting Geelong or passing through on way to Great Ocean Road this accommodation is excellent. - Nice quiet area, house was very clean, comfortable and the owners very accommodating a little remote
- Pauline (9/5): Daisy house review - Large backyard and fully equipped facilities for all situations. The beds are soft and warm thanks to the central heating for the entire house. There is only one bathroom, the kitchen is a bit narrow.
- Sue (10/5): Absolutely lovely and will be back. - Absolutely fantastic experience from start to end. Host was super responsive and easy to reach. Accessing keys was easy and house exceeded our expectations. Super clean and each room provided with extras. We appreciated the meticulous attention to detail Leonie provides at Daisy house and would highly recommend. Close to shops and Geelong central and street location is super quiet. Large backyard with sitting area , super refreshing especially when having a morning tea or coffee. We loved everything and can’t find a negative to add!

- Allen (9/5): Superb -
- Deed (10/5): Cosy house with everything we needed - After staying in hotels, Daisy House was a wonderful change and has converted us from using hotels. It was a very cosy clean house, with a very comfy bed and everything we needed. We were very relaxed staying there and we were able to destress. Leonie made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The Bellarine area has lots of great golf courses and places to drive to and Daisy House was positioned in the middle of all of them. Guests need to have a car to stay here as there's not much within walking distance. Be sure to try the Siam Station Thai restaurant close by which has 5 star reviews. We look forward to coming back to explore more of what Geelong & the surrounding areas has to offer. No complaints :-)
- Naomi (9/5): Great stay in a well maintained 3br home. - Clean, tidy and quiet.

- Danny (9/5): Rest / catch up - Had all you needed for a comfortable stay and thought reasonable price but didn't know much about area pricing. Location.
- Lyles (10/5): Lovely - Was lovely and clean. No fault of property but neighbourhood can be noisy at night.
- Sinny (9/5): Present stay at a clean house with a great host - House presented exactly as shown on listing. Very clean and well prepared for our needs/stay. (Thank you host for your well consideration, prepared before we even thought we needed it). Most comfortable beds we had over different airbnb. Lovely host with clear communication and quick reply. Warm welcome to share this lovely house located in a quiet neighbourhood, which is exactly what we after- a good night rest. Little dark on the driveway. Doesnt bother us too much.
- Wan (10/5): Exceptional - Space Strip driveway.
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional - House was clean and comfortable. Nothing, everything was great. Maybe a full length mirror if we wanted to be picky.
- Baltasargomez (9/5): Superb -
- Georgina (8/5): Great stay and value for money - Everything was great , very convenient location, responsive host , all we needed and more was supplied in the kitchen and bathroom. We really enjoyed the stay and it was very clean everywhere. Would definitely stay again! The only complaint would be the smell of cat pee - it’s very obvious they are aware and have done everything to try and mask it but it still comes through strongly when you first arrive and again if you leave or go outside and come back in.
- Tammy (8/5): Very good - clean, tidy, great facilities, quick response from staff with any queries the location - the neighborhood seemed questionable
- Lois (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, ceiling fan in the bedroom.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and homely Nothing
- Lamperd (8/5): Very good -
- Leanne (8/5): A lovely house conveniently located. - Leonie was super friendly and helpful. The house was really comfortable and had everything we could ask for. Lovely garden and big back yard. Close to everything we needed. The only problems are things that are totally out of the host's control. There's a laneway along side the house that leads to a park. Unfortunately this seems to be a popular spot for motorbike riding until late at night. That and the people over the road taking their disagreements out into the street meant that it's not the quietest place to stay, but I'm a very light sleeper so it may not be an issue for everyone.
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet location very comfortable and great place to stay. Host very responsive and thoughtful. Vase flowers and fans going when we arrived on hot day
- Lauren (7/5): Good -
- Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriela (10/5): Fantastic accomodation - Spacious clean beautifully prepared easy to park

- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and comfortable. Clean, well appointed. Good bed and shower. Excellent host. 🙂
- Tina (8/5): Sweet and neat in the suburbs of Geelong. - Neat as a pin, comfortable home in a quiet street . Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. Perfect if your visiting Geelong as a family or for an extended self catering stay. This property is not super central so if that is important this may not be right for you. Aircon is only in the living room.
- Rosa (9/5): Superb -
- Stewart (10/5): Great house to stay at - Great accommodation and excellent customer service
- Margaret (8/5): Pleasant, quiet stand-alone home - Nice location: quiet suburb, but a short drive from the CBD, easy to get to other places around Geelong and the local area.
Random fact: I loved the noise the kettle made :)
