• Kishen Kumar (3/5): Bad experience - Clear instructions to check in and location of unit Hi, I’d like to share my feedback on the unit. Housekeeping was very disappointing — the fan was dusty and dropped dust onto the bed when turned on, the ironing board was filthy, and the kitchen utensils were unclean. The photo frame was poorly fixed and left leaning against the bed, and the upstairs sliding door was difficult to open and close. The overhead shower valve handle was also missing. The unit looks very different from the photos on Booking.com and feels poorly maintained. I travel to KL frequently, and unfortunately, this has been the most disappointing stay I’ve experienced. I will not be returning to this unit again
• Kei (1/5): Very unpleasant experience, do not get fooled by the photos. Not very clean and hygienic. Lack of support from the hoste - The only satisfying thing about this hostel is the price. If you are on a budget, it will be great. But I am sure a slightly better quality hotel is still affordable in Kuala Lumpur. Just don’t be fooled by the photos that they show. 1. The single bed that they provide has a broken frame, which is dangerous. 2. No tissues were provided, unless you whatsapp to request them. However, my group (5 person) is staying for 6 nights, they only gave us 2 tissues rolls. 3. The drainage of the lower floor toilet is bad, after shower the whole floor will still be wet. It won’t get dry even until the next night. Also it has a very pungent smell. 4. During the stay, the upper floor toilet was stuck. However, after requesting for help, there was no response from the owner. Eventually we had to share just one toilet with 5 person. 5. They stated in the room that check out time is 12pm. However, in the morning of the check out, they send me a message, to remind us to check out at 11am, which is very confusing.

• Ri (1/5): Very dirty - No kidding, no tourist wants to stay here! The hygienic condition of the house is very very very bad! the furniture is broken, and the toilet smells like a public toilet outside that hasn't been washed for a long time. Don't rent this place thank you all.

I told the customer service how can I pay the rental but the room was only ready after 7pm..the customer service kept saying waited for owner's response..the owner did not respond until now..mayb they don't care how the tenant complain as long as they received the rental..
