• jumao-as (10/5): Perfect and comfortable - Property was in a very good location. Maybe 10-15 mins away fr Ipanema but the walk there was lovely so didn’t mind at all. 5 min or less to Copacabana beach with grocery shops, pharmacies, restaurants etc near by. The host was very lovely, accommodating and fast at responding when needing help. The place itself was very clean, had all the facilities you’d need to cook and clean. The place came with little sweet treats, a nice pool, clean cold water to drink and towels for your arrival. Overall amazing. The ac in the living room was a bit weak but we spent most of the day outside and inside the room anyways so didn’t rlly matter
• Ellie (10/5): The best stay with the best host - Linda was so lovely and accommodating, she went above and beyond for our stay. The apartment was massive, very clean and in a great location. Highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in Rio, will definitely be back!

Loved the welcome box of goodies she left for us especially after arriving at 3am 😍 exactly what we were after and will definitely book here again when we’re back in Rio. Rooftop and pool was an added bonus 😍 thanks Linda!

• Fabio (9/5): - Tivemos a grata experiência de nos hospedarmos no flat, após termos a nossa reserva do hotel canelada sem motivo aparente. A anfitriã, Linda, nos passou muita confiança aí entrar em contato por ligação, explicar e facilitar o nosso processo. Viajamos com nosso bebê de seis meses. E concluímos que foi a melhor opção, principalmente por ter a liberdade de preparar os alimentos para ele. A casa toda equipada para isso 🙌🏻 graças a Deus. A localização é maravilhosa, fica bem perto do forte de Copacabana, tem cafés maravilhosos por perto. A vista do terraço e a piscina também são ótimos! Foi uma ótima experiência!!

Já havia me hospedado no mesmo prédio outras vezes e dessa vez a estadia superou minhas expectativas por toda a atenção prestada pela anfitriã. O apartamento estava limpo, com boas toalhas e roupas de cama. Chegando no apartamento, fui recebida com mimos e uma cartinha super fofa explicando tudo que era necessário para tornar minha estadia ainda melhor. A anfitriã também disponibilizou água mineral para que não tivesse que me preocupar em comprar. Fiquei muito satisfeita! Fiquei muito satisfeita com tudo.

• Julio Cesar (10/5): Local definitivo para passar as ferias em Copacabana. - Gostamos de muitas coisas. 1. A recepção da Linda (ela nos deixou uma carta escrita a mão com uma mensagem de boas vindas e alguns chocolates e salgadinhos). 2. Tem estacionamento privativo e seguro. 3. A Localização é excelente, fizemos tudo a pé, os melhores restaurantes (na nossa percepção) estão a uma quadra de distância. 4. O silêncio da rua, pornconta do apto 103 nao ser de frente para nenhuma avenida, o silêncio interno do apto foi bom para descansar. Única ressalva é o local para lavar os pés assim que chega da praia, que fica em um banheiro improvisado na garagem onde também fica a captação do lixo dos outros aptos. Utilizamos apenas uma vez, mas talvez para quem venha todos os dias da praia possa ser algo desagradável.

• Leite (10/5): Conforto, preço legal e a proprietária bem prestativa - AP bem organizado, tinha tudo o que eu precisava pra passar os dias lá, confortável, prédio também, excelente atendimento, PERTINHO DA PRAIA, Na mesma rua tem várias padarias boas pra tomar café Os porteiros são bem prestativos, tiram o carro rápido… única coisa ruim daquela região do Rio é o barulho dos motoqueiros, não deixam a gente dormir em paz
• Maria Alejandra (8/5): - The flat is great, clean well equipped (even an iron, I visit for work!). The view is very pleasant indeed. Linda is amazing and she always on standby with good advice. I am very sensitive to sound, and although the location is great (close to the beach, shops and nice restaurants, there is a tunnel on the corner with constant traffic and the sound level was high as I like the windows open to let fresh air in. Lovely people in reception. And a great italian restaurant 3 blocks away. Thank you Linda for the lovely stay!! Sound level from street and tunnel.
• Sergio (10/5): - El alojamiento está super bien ubicado a 5 minutos de Copacabana pero también muy cerca de Ipanema. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Destacar la atención de Linda, que ha sido encantadora y ha estado atenta en todo momento. En el sofá cama era de cuero y había que ponerle un colchoncito por encima y se salía un poco así que parecía que te podías caer. Nada dramático.

• Khurram (9/5): Simply price for money. - I think if you traveling with limited budget then this place is perfect for stay. I would love to stay again if I ever get a chance again. Location is perfect and you can easily access copacabana beach after 7 min walk. Shower water pressure was excellent and you can buy groceries to make your meals. Washroom area is little bit small but it’s manageable. Property is clean and uber option is best to travel in Rio. Linda is extremely helpful and we were greeted with sweets once we arrived in flat. WiFi speed is good and there are many restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy good night life. I think I liked everything as per my budget.
