• Marina (9/5): Por lo general todo bastante bien - Bien equipado, muy buena cocina, espacioso y muy cerca de parada de metro, autobus y justo debajo de la casa había un tesco express que fue muy útil. Algunas de las sábanas del sofá cama estaban sucias, tenian manchas. Ademas de que el sofá cama era bastante incómodo, te levantabas con un dolor de espalda tremendo.

• Arnoud (9/5): Excellent spot - Location was excellent, close to the overground and the underground. Communication smooth. Appartment was clean and as expected. Available bedding was more for 8 than for 9 people, but we made do. The appartment got rather hot in summer, fortunately fans were present.

• CARLA (8/5): Bellissima settimana di vacanza a Londra - Bell'appartamento in una posizione strategica per poter visitare Londra, vicinissimo alla metropolitana ( minuti a piedi). Stanze ampie e luminose e letti comodi. Sono presenti lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. La disponibilità della proprietà eccellente: ci hanno fatto depositare i bagagli all'arrivo, prima del check in ed evitato il deposito l'ultimo giorno. Il supermercato sotto casa è comodissimo, un plus notevole per la struttura. La pulizia un pò da rivedere, sia dentro i mobili che in terrazza. Alcune scaffalature sono rovinate con cassetti rotti. I bagni sono tutti e due senza finestra di cui uno senza doccia ma abbastanza funzionali. Non è presente l'aria condizionata.
• Shehla (7/5): Nice spacious apartment in a lively and busy part of London. - The apartment was spacious & the kitchen was very user friendly & the host had ensured provision of all the basic essentials. The building itself was very clean & safe with passcode enabled accessibility. The public transport facilities can be easily accessed & there are some good eateries in the area. We were slightly disappointed as the apartment is described as having two bathrooms- instead we found one full bathroom and a half toilet. We were a family of 6, including two elderlies and this led to some confusion as we had decided to forego hotel stay based on this description.
• Florian (9/5): Awesome, clean, well located - The location was perfect, the place was clean and pleasant and the staff was available to answer our questions - TV should be replaced the screen has a lot of blue shades - cleaning service before us didn’t check the balcony there was cigarettes and stuff
• Jordan (10/5): Overall it was a very good experience and I would happily stay again. - The Rooms were very spacious and I like how it was a nice calm, relaxing environment to be in once you entered the building. The property had everything we needed including access to local, shops, cafes these were in very close proximity to the property. At no point at all did we feel like we were missing anything. We were very satisfied with our stay. The only things were the blind were tricky to manage and some curtains weren’t covering all the windows.

• Daria (9/5): Very Good ! - We are very satisfied with our stay. Excellent communication with the host. The apartment matched the description. The location is great for sightseeing. We also highly recommend the breakfasts at The Canteen Cafe across from the apartment – charming English breakfasts. We will definitely recommend it! There were some shortcomings in the cleaning, with leftover papers and dust bunnies under the bed.

• Najah (5/5): Fair and over price i think for london stay - The location is 5mins walk from overgroundstation On same building with tesco express which is very convenient The kitchen utensils and the gas stove is running out. We have to use alternative way to light on the gas stove. The microwave already in burnt condition when we first wanna use. So we use other way instead of microwave.

• Miteva (10/5): Great communication, clean and comfortable stay with everything you need for a great price! - The apartment was very clean, had everything already in there-clean bed linens, towels and even shower gel and shampoo. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We did not have to worry about anything as the communication was great and we had support constantly, where to park, how to get to there. Probably the best things were the balcony and the easy location(10mins by walk from Bethal Green Underground station with links to anywhere in London). Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need!
• Ginn (4/5): Decent apartment, but not for families from other countries. - It was clean and has beautiful floors. It was nice to have 3 separate bedrooms. They also give you multiple pillows to try to make you comfortable. With no AC and only one small window per bedroom that only slightly opens, it was hot inside. This is not a nice, family friendly neighborhood, so you hear ALOT of sirens, motorcycles, and arguing people all night long. The pictures in the advertisement are from the one and only side that presents itself as a nice area. We had people on the street watching us constantly as we would come and go. This area is not for families. We ending up at a hotel after the first night.
• Mariusz (10/5): Great value for money, strongly recommend! - Very convenient localization. Bus stop and overground within a couple of minute walk, tube less than 10 min. We usually chose bus to have a trip on double-decker and to see the city. Big apartments with 3 bedrooms, and 2 sofa in living room, ideal for 2 families with 2 children each. The apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped with whatever you need for a couple of days on the trip. For such a big apartment where 2 families can be, 1 bathroom and 1 WC is a must, and it was there. Shop in the same building open till the night. The contact with owner super fast. There was nothing I would be picky about. All I need from such an apartment was there.
• Tracy (10/5): Excellent - Modern, clean and spacious. Everything you need a home from home. Balcony was a bonus as was the second toilet for larger groups. The location is great just a few minutes walk to Cambridge Heath and really convenient Tesco local on the ground floor of the apartment. We booked a parking space with YourParkingSpace app right outside. Edward is really helpful and responds quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay. Would definitely return. Not a big issue but maybe in summer months the bedrooms would benefit from a fan
