- Agnieszka (10/5): - I spent here a week and my stay was perfect! The room is spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed, large built-in wardrobe and a desk. Scott is a super friendly and kind person, happy to answer your questions, while at the same time respecting your privacy. Kitchen is really well equipped, with a microwave, toaster, all the different utensils etc. I also did appreciate being offered a shelf to store my food stuff directly in the kitchen. The flat itself is spotless clean, warm and neatly arranged, and it did feel like home when coming back. There are also some supermarkets nearby (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl), cafes... Bus stop taking you to the city centre is 2 minutes away. Thank you for being such a great host - and I definitely recommend staying at Scott's place! :)
- Lara (10/5): - Scott was very nice and accommodating right from the beginning :)
The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and was free to use at any time of the day. The apartment was a bit outside the city center but there were many busses surrounding the area, so good connections to everywhere.
I would definitely stay here again!!

- Hanna (10/5): It felt like being at home! - I stayed in London for a full week and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay! I felt very comfortable, and Scott is such an amazing and friendly host. Everything at the property was spotless and neatly arranged — it truly felt like home.
The location is great too — not far from the centre, about an hour’s walk from London Bridge, which for me (despite what some other guests have said) is actually very close. The bus stops are just around the corner, and the area is quiet and feels safe.
Whenever I come back to London, I’d love to stay at Scott’s place again. I highly recommend it to everyone! :) There was nothing!
- Era_76 (10/5): - Quiet environment, spacious room, green garden connection, comfortable bed. Scott is very kind and helpful. I can only recommend it.
Thank you for everything... 😊
- Ramune (10/5): - Very quiet. You can have a great rest. You can go out to the yard from the room. Clean air. Tidy apartment.
- Cormac (10/5): - Clean and great location. Scott was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there next time we visit London.

- Jacob (10/5): Felt like coming home every day. - Felt like coming home every day. Scott, the owner, is super friendly and helpful.
- Geoffrey (9/5): Perfect for a short stay, especially for the solo traveller - Simple, pleasant, clean room in the heart of town (Deptford) but still surprisingly quiet and quite leafy. Perfect for a night's stay or three; friendly host (who lives in the place, so this is a share), reasonably priced. Easy access from Queens Rd Peckham station.
- Neelam (1/5): Not the best experience tbh… - I mean… not a great experience. The host met me late as I arrived and ushered me in a hasty pace and manner. I felt like I was in trouble the whole time. Not somewhere to stay if you need last min accom and will arrive late.
- Matteo (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the location was good.
Scott was very friendly and welcoming.
He made sure everything was perfect during my stay and were always available to help with any questions or needs.
- Bj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Henri (7/5): Good - I really like the room, clean and tidy, furnished kitchen, nice bathroom and all. I didn't like the fact that the owner was also living there, nothing bad about that , but in my research I needed a place where I'm alone but it was ok , he helped me out a lot getting around, and he is friendly .
I'm still recommending this place because it's safe and near train and bus stops.
- Soliman (8/5): It was excellent - I liked every thing about it I just want to recommend adding a mirror in every room
And a clothes hanger in the bathroom beside the towel warmer
- Paola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): Apart from my health issues, quality - Very clean, owner was very hospitable and helpful, recommended to all my family and friends, transport links are all close and shops close by Nothing
- Stevie (8/5): Nig big clean room and lovely host. - Nice big clean room in quiet spot. It’s quite a way away from central London
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sembiante (8/5): Lovely little room and a welcoming host! - The location was on a main road and only a 8 min walk away from nearest station so it feels like the best place in terms of being in a safe area, if you’re traveling alone like me.
Scott was very welcoming and friendly so I felt right at home:) he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, a very lovely host:)
- Hanna (10/5): Great and welcomin stay! - The overall stay was great. Clean room, comfy bed.
Scott was very helpful - he even bought a hairdryer, as I needed. And shared some medicine when I got ill.
The kitchen had all that you need to cook, microwave or stock food. I had my own shelf in the fridge and in the cupboard.
The bus stop and train stop is nearby, so you can reach the place you need to. Also, there are many cafes nearby and two supermarkets - Sainsbury’s and Tesco. A little bit far from centre.
- Saffron (8/5): Very good -
- Ewa (9/5): Superb - The place was very peaceful, quiet and very clean. I felt almost like home.
The building is located close to the street and yet separated by some greenery. The window was facing the patio so I wasn't disturbed by traffic. The neighbourhood was also very peaceful and quiet.
The bathroom was clean. There was no proper ventilation and the solution was to simply leave the door from the bathroom open.
The kitchen was also well equipped and I found it easy to prepare breakfast there.
The host was friendly and open. He gave clear instructions what to do and what to avoid. I was a bit surprised by his being so cautious and considerate about other people in their rooms.
Even though the host lives next door I had my own privacy and felt at ease to use all the equipment I needed.
