• Marília (8/5): Quarto ok porém os funcionários do hotel vão te enxergar como intrusos - O quarto em si em gostei Sentir uma diferença enorme de tratamento por ser flat os funcionários do hotel meio que fazia descasos por ser flat, estacionamento uma humilhação, absolutamente tudo que ia fazer a Pergunta era flat ou quarto? Quando respondia flat parecia que estava com doença grave!! Odiei essa diferença de tratamento. Eu ouvi sua acomodação e flat não femos nada haver com isso, dificuldade com absolutamente tudo.

• Sowa (1/5): Die schlechteste Erfahrung, die wir jemals mit einer gebuchten Unterkunft gemacht haben. Nie wieder ! - Der Ausblick ist schön und das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Als wir ankamen bemerkten wir sofort, dass das Zimmer nach den Gästen vor uns nicht richtig aufbereitet worden war. In der Küche und auf dem Tisch stand schmutziges Geschirr. Im Bad war der Badvorleger dreckig, die Handtücher benutzt und voller Flecken. Keiner der Mülleimer war geleert. Der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit war, dass die Tagesdecke und die Dekokissen aufs Bett gelegt waren als hätte man das Bett frisch gemacht. Als wir diese weglegten waren im Bett Rotweinflecken. Wir versuchten mehrfach den Vermieter zu kontaktieren dieser hat sich jedoch bis jetzt nicht zurückgemeldet. Wir raten anderen Reisenden daher dringend davon ab diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Ein Zimmer so vorzufinden und auf keine der Nachrichten bezüglich der Unterkunft zu reagieren ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.
