- Tetyana (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is nice . Everything is like on the pictures. Linens were clean, bed enough comfortable even with the cheap mattress. Apart from the cleaning, the apartment itself is normal. But cleanliness wants to be better: the floor was not washed or even swept after the previous tenants, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. The mirrors were wiped with a dirty rag, so you can't see yourself in the reflection. The mop was dirty, smelly and broken. I bought them a new one, if only they would clean better. The towels are very cheap and thin.
