• Mohan (1/5): Our stay was not good and did not enjoy the stay. - We did not like the stay and host was not helpful. Host was not heplful. The host or admin assist was Yann. Complaints were not responded and resolved Found maintenance person called Jessi, entered the room in our absence without advising us or took our permission. All our personal and valuable things are in the room. This is breach of privacy and security, and he apologised not taking our permission to enter into room. He took note and took the pictures of various thing's which were not working. Afterwords someone send us an sms apologising for all the issues raised and promised to resolve all the issues but never resolved. Also, Soiled towels folded and kept on beds as new ones

• caoimhe (7/5): - This didn't bother us, however there was extreme construction happening upstairs every morning that we were not informed about. May impact others working from home or with babies etc. Other than that great location.

• Michael (8/5): Great place for our 3 day stay. Handy to facilities. - Great accommodation for a few nights stay. Very clean and had all the essential services Great bathrooms. I found the key collection a bit of a mission. Hard to locate the key box and finally did after phone calls with the host contact. On leaving, key box had been damaged and again bit of a mission to return the key. I am used to using key boxes in other accommodation. Should be information about the parking - after a couple of conversations with the contact and further street exploration, I found you could park outside until 7.00am. After that you were on a bike line and infringement services in Melbourne are merciless in infringing and towing.

• Paige (3/5): Good apartment if you are only sleeping there and dining out. No ambiance, outlook or charm. - The beds are comfortable. The sheets are nice. The location is good. We waited for over an hour for cleaning to be finished before the handover of keys late afternoon. There were no towels left for us, provided 12 hours later, small TV, only one wineglass in the apartment and there was no Wifi for our stay. There is a lot of damage in the apartment, a broken chair, damage to the walls so it presents poorly. We were not advised there would be NO WIFI once we raised it day 2 of our trip. Check the details when you book as they tried to say we had been advised - our booking records clearly show wifi was being provided as the password was provided to us. Poor communication. It is a first floor apartment so not a lot of natural light - the bedrooms don't get any sunlight - the only light is from an internal light well.
• Chiahua (4/5): Disappointing - Householder is nice and reply messages We stayed for 9 nights, but the WiFi stopped working from day 3. When we asked the manager, we were simply told that WiFi was not listed as a provided service because it was under repair. It was ridiculous that no one informed us beforehand—not even the homeowner was aware. How was it acceptable to shift all the inconvenience onto the guests? This seriously disrupted our business trip. Even using our own 5G data was nearly impossible, as there was no signal in the bedrooms and only limited reception near the living room.
• Peter (1/5): Would never stay there again - Location was excellent Waited 40 minutes for host to arrive with key, despite having texted well ahead of time as requested. Excuse was 'CBD traffic' - which given was a Friday afternoon in Melbourne should have been planned for. In addition, the place - bathrooms, fridge etc was dirty and definitely not properly cleaned. Very poor.
