• Gillian (8/5): Great location and staff, room airy and clean. - Simple clean room with tea and coffee facilities. Water hot shower cubicle with great shower head. Towels large and fluffy. Quiet location but easy to access transport. Great staff. Only negative were the steep stairs but hand rail helped.

• Julie (7/5): Apart from the breakfast being a little disappointing our stay was very pleasant! - Location was perfect, room was clean and airy and a nice size! As we stayed for a couple of nights there could have been a lot more choice as the continental breakfast was very basic! It would have been nice to have some cold meats, boiled egg and cheeses, especially as there was a chef working mid morning.

• Elaine (8/5): Great pub stay just over Hammersmith bridge - Clean, comfortable rooms with very friendly and accommodating staff, with the added bonus of a lovely pub downstairs! Plenty of tea, coffee and fresh milk in the rooms. Short walk to Hammersmith which has excellent transport connections. A small thing, but not all the blinds in our room would open, which meant a little less natural light.than I'd like

• Emanuela (10/5): - Personale accogliente, cordiali e si sono offerti di offrirci la colazione nonostante non fosse inclusa nel prezzo della nostra prenotazione. Abbiamo anche cenato nel pub, cibo delizioso e sala accogliente. Pulizia ottima, ci hanno sistemato la stanza ogni mattina e in più hanno effettuato il cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. In più la stanza è dotata di macchinetta del caffè con capsule a scelta, latte e bollitore per il the, ottimo per il risveglio. Bagno dotato di bagnoschiuma, shampoo, crema corpo, sapone e crema viso. Posizione ottima, non troppo lontano dalla metropolitana, la passeggiatina sul ponte molto piacevole. Zona tranquilla anche di notte.

• Kerris (9/5): Ideally situated for my trip, great room and lovely staff. - Good sized room and bathroom. Very clean. Staff were lovely. I ate in the pub one night and the food was good. I would make sure I book on the first floor again if I return due to carrying luggage up, however, one of the staff kindly carried mine. It wouldn’t put me off though.

• Pauline (9/5): Cozy, charming hotel in quiet part of London. - Quiet and cosy. Close to Heathrow and Hammersmith subway station. Charming area of London. The room was lovely and modern. Nice pub adjacent with rooms. The window were shut so you couldn’t open to let fresh air in but the view with the flowers was stunning so didn’t mind that much.

• Nicholas (9/5): Big clean rooms, good location - Big room, big and comfy bed, decent sized bathroom, great shower. Pod coffee machine provided. Good location a short walk from Hammersmith station. Clean and spacious room (particularly by London standards) with easy after-hours access (once you have a key). Didn't notice any noise from the pub below (though we were not there on a Friday or Saturday night). Genuinely a great stay. Public wifi rather than password protected. Also while not an issue for us, it is worth noting this venue would be inaccessible for those in a wheelchair.

• Kelly (8/5): Will definitely stay again! - Friendly staff, clean room. Super comfy bed! The radiator in the bathroom was on and we couldn't turn it off so made room a bit to hot. Was late by time we realised so we didn't say anything to staff who im sure would have helped if we had of asked.

• Kelly (8/5): Lovely and quiet stay, comfortable bed, good amenities, perfect location for Barnes. - Lovely and very quiet rooms, you can tell they’ve gone to extra effort to soundproof as it’s above a pub so it was impressively quiet! The staff were friendly on arrival, and gave us all the info needed, and the location was perfect for what we needed visiting friends in Barnes. Generally very clean, however could tell the vents in the bathroom and bedroom hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. Lots of build up which was getting onto the walls especially in the bathroom. But this was the only cleanliness issue to note.

• Amy (10/5): Highly recommend, would stay again - Great location, right next to the Hammersmith bridge Easy,fast check in Room spacious with everything you need Bed lovely and comfortable Nice and quiet location Air conditioning in the room Lovely size TV in room My own hang up ,I paid £140 for 1 night (breakfast not included) booked weeks in advance... but it was £60 cheaper if I had booked the night before/on the day and that was with breakfast lol but I think that's just how it goes sometimes 🤷‍♀️ just recommend holding up on booking as you can save quite a bit of money if u wait lol
• Paul (9/5): The most peaceful place we have ever stayed in London with no traffic or other noise, all round a great location and a l - Great location within walking distance of Queens Tennis Club, Fulham and other riverside restaurants etc. Lovely room on the top floor which was the quietest most peaceful room we have ever stayed at in central London. Good food and atmosphere in the pub. The whole building appeared to have been recently renovated so the room and the pub were all decorated well Nothing…. (it wasn’t a problem for us but the stairs up to the rooms are fairly steep as it is a period building)

• Kathryn (8/5): Lovely room in a perfect location, would definitely stay again! - Perfect location, lovely walk into Hammersmith but away from the hustle and bustle. Room was spacious, clean and perfect for my 4 night stay. Bed was very comfy. Fan provided which was well needed for the 25degree weather. Bad smell in the hallways - room was fine however! The bathroom radiator was on 24/7 meaning the room was roasting - fixed by simply closing the door. Mould and dirty grout in the shower but generally clean otherwise. Pub downstairs lacked atmosphere, even on a Saturday night it was dead. Also tried to get food one night and after asking for a menu no one came near me or was even about to ask to order so I gave up.
• Steve (8/5): Just what we ordered, a nice break with good access to the Wetlands centre. - Exactly what we expected. The staff were all very helpful and cheerful, lovely bunch The stairs are a bit noisy.
