Guest Reviews
- Mathew (10/5): Comfortable relaxing time away. - Great location, value for money, modern design and comfortable.
- Annette (8/5): Everything we required was there & comfortable. - Central to everything. Nothing, all good.
- Michael (6/5): A good, comfortable budget hotel marred by poor issue management. - A sound, neat, clean and tidy budget hotel ready for its next makeover. First day and a half without hot water. Yes, equipment breakdowns happen, but how they are dealt with and resolved matters. Poor communication and follow up. No alternate accommodation offered, and no offer of any partial refund was made.

- Margaret (10/5): Very good central position and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. -
- Amber (9/5): Mullen is a great little town, friendly people, nice cafes! - Mullen was the perfect spot to be out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns, 20 minutes to Byron Bay and 10 minutes to Brunswick Heads. The drive in and out is gorgeous! I travelled with my two teenage daughters, and the loft townhouse was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Could walk up to the main street, very quiet townhouse and we enjoyed our stay! The pull-out couch was great for my daughter, and we loved the comfy bed, which had lovely sheets and comfy pillows. Check-in was easy with a lock box by the door, and a local Woolworths for supplies. Can recommend for a Bali Vibe to go to the Kiva Spa, where we used the bathhouse, just perfect, no phones allowed and a real peaceful experience and a nice way to spend an hour.
- Joe (8/5): - Very central

- Jess (6/5): Disappointed - Misleading Advertising - The location was perfect for our needs. The listing showed a pool, but there isn’t one on the property—the photos were of a nearby day spa, which felt misleading. The $600 holding deposit was excessive for the size and quality of the place. The lockbox was difficult to open due to a stuck key, and the property felt unsafe with only one exit. The bathroom was especially disappointing—the basin was extremely small, making basic tasks like washing your face difficult. It also showed signs of water damage. The bathroom’s location right next to the kitchen was also not ideal. There were no full-length mirrors in the property, and only a small mirror was available in the bathroom. A full-length mirror upstairs would be a welcome addition. Lastly, I was surprised to find there were no visible evacuation signs, which raises safety concerns.
- Louise (7/5): - Location was very good. The townhouse is well equipped and comfortable.

- Candyss (7/5): Main road location but quiet at night and very comfortable – two story small unit in Motel type building. - Proximity to Mullumbimby town and the bus to get into Tyagarah for the Bluesfest. The bed was comfortable and the place had everything you need. There are some things that need updating and maintenance needed.
- Richard (6/5): Good location, good price, but could have been cleaned better. - The location was good. The place was literally wet with water on the ground from the cleaning. It did dry out eventually. The sofa was not properly cleaned and was covered in pet hairs and had a dog smell. We knew that it was pet friendly but they could have done a better job at cleaning. We could not use the living room.
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kerrie (9/5): Great location, close to everything -
- Marylou (8/5): Very good -
- Filipe (7/5): Good - Very well located Possums in the roof, sofa bad not very comfortable
- Kate (9/5): Superb -
- Mary-anne (10/5): Beautiful Mullum Apartment - Gorgeous, modern loft apartment, one minutes walk to town. Great little private courtyard, perfect for that morning cuppa. Check in process was easy. Place was clean and tidy.
There is a sofa bed in the living area, should your need a second bed. Nothing bad to say, everything was good.
- Holly (10/5): Wonderful, thank you! - Loved the location and short stroll into town, the little court yard was perfect for a morning cuppa in the sun. The bed was super comfortable and all the facilities made our stay comfortable and easy. Will definitely be back!
