• Anna (10/5): - Kontakt z osobą która dala nam klucze do mieszkania bardzo dobry,miejsce jeżeli chodzi o spróbowanie włoskiej kuchni średniej wiele lokali zamknietych na stałe albo akurat urlop ,do centrum spacerkiem całkiem nie daleko. Klimatyzacja w pokojach super sprawa przy temp.36 st. Poloecam🙂

• Tiago (8/5): A well-located apartment with great communication from the host, making for an enjoyable stay in Milan. - We had a great stay in Milan. Communication with the host was excellent – they were friendly, responsive, and clear about check-in details and payment. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the apartment, once ready, was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The only small hiccup was that, although we arrived at the agreed time of 2 pm, the apartment wasn’t quite ready yet as the previous guest’s dishes were still out and the bed wasn’t prepared. However, the host quickly resolved this while we enjoyed a walk around the city, and everything was spotless when we returned. Overall, a positive experience and we would happily stay again.

• Zeki (4/5): Left Waiting on the Street — Completely Unacceptable - Location & washing machine We had just 24 hours in Milan, so every hour mattered. We informed the host well in advance that we’d be arriving at 3:00pm. A few hours before that, we gave him notice that our train was delayed and we’d be there at 3:30pm instead. Despite this, we were left standing out on the street in the heat with no shade for a full 30 minutes. He didn’t reach out proactively — he only replied when we messaged him, saying he was “doing his best” and would be there soon. That’s simply not good enough. We should never have been left waiting in those conditions, especially on such a short trip. It ate into our precious time of just 18 hours in Milan and left a bad impression. To make matters worse, when we finally got in, he handed us a set of sheets and pointed to the sofa in the sitting room, saying that if there are three people, the third person has to make their own bed. After being left outside in the heat, this felt dismissive and unwelcoming. The apartment itself was also disappointing. It was poorly designed — you couldn’t open the fridge door if the front door was open, and another door opened directly onto the kitchen sink area, meaning if you were standing there and someone came through, you could get whacked by the door. It was an awkward and impractical layout. On top of that, the floors clearly hadn’t been swept or washed before our arrival — we had to clean them ourselves. Another issue came at check-out. We were told to leave the keys inside the apartment, but doing this meant we had to bring all the bags down to the street, open the outer gate, and wait there while one person came back up just to leave the keys inside. This setup was inconvenient and impractical — not what you expect from a professional short-stay rental. To be fair, the location was good — central and well connected — and the washing machine worked well, which allowed us to wash some clothes during our stay. But overall, the experience was far below expectations.

• Linda (6/5): Gut für Kurztrip - Wir konnten das Zimmer zu viert nutzen. Die Lage zur Innenstadt und die Öffis sind für die Lage sehr gut Es war nicht besonders gut ausgestattet (z.B. keine Gläser)
• MARIA (5/5): - The location was good and it was big. I travel very often and it was the first time i had to pay for check in after 8pm. It s a policy I can't understand. The house wasn't clean enough.
• Josep (8/5): Bona estada a Milà - Apartament gran, amb espai per 4 persones. Ben situat per arribar al centre amb transport públic. Aire acondicionat al menjador i a l’habitació. Bon wifi. Rentadora/secadora. El sofà llit ja estava preparat. No té microones.

• Nancy Leonor (1/5): NO Reserven te hurtan en tu propia cara - Nada porque se llamo a alguien para avisar el mismo día de la reserva que me había equivocado con la fecha según ellos no había problema y llegué y hasta bloqueo a mi hijo quien si habla idiomas y se podía comunicar con ellos en inglés La falta de respeto

• Guest (9/5): Excellent - A really nice apartment spotlessly clean. AC was running before we arrived, which was very welcomed! The bed was super comfy and the hosts supplied plentiful supplies such as towels, toilet roll, toiletries etc. and check in was super easy. The host was very nice and explained everything when we arrived. Any questions very responded to very quickly via WhatsApp. Great stay, couldn’t fault it! The curtains were very thin in the bedroom leaving a lot of brightness in the morning, but it didn’t bother us
• Karolina (10/5): Polecam - Bardzo czysto i spokojnie, miły właściciel. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, około 15 min drogi pieszo do Duomo, bardzo blisko jest przystanek tramwajowy, który jeździ co kilka minut. Przyjazna okolica. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy tutaj czas :)

• Vincenzo (8/5): - Camera grande, letto comodo, bagno pulito, parco molto tranquillo e poco rumoroso, nelle vicinanze ci sono parecchi posti dove mangiare e bere. Non sono stati forniti bagnoschiuma/shampoo (se non qualche bustina), sono molto rigidi con l’orario del check-in (non ci hanno accolto prima, altrimenti bisogna pagare un supplemento). Prezzo sopra la media.

• María Jose (7/5): - Estaba muy limpio, el chico que limpia la dejo muy bien y súper educado. Pagamos para hacer la entrada antes, 30€ y solo nos dejaba poner las maletas. Y de justificación dijeron que “los anteriores huéspedes salieron tarde” y “debemos irnos a limpiar” cuando ya nos habían cobrado esos 30€, abusivo guardar las maletas por 30€
