• Ana (1/5): - La ubicación muy bien No era el apartamento elegido. Nos llamaron cuando estábamos llegando y nos dijeron que nos lo cambiaban. Estaba muy sucio, sin enseres de limpieza ni enseres de cocina en buenas condiciones, ropa de baño y cama algo sucia. Un lugar para no volver. Condiciones higiénicas insalubres.
• Spada (1/5): Da evitare!! - Niente!!! L'alloggio si presenta in condizioni pessime, andrebbe totalmente rimodernato, solo la cucina (che comunque non ho utilizzato) è accettabile. La zona non è delle migliori e la sera è al quanto inquietante. Nella casa sporcizia e polvere sono ovunque, lenzuola sporche, minifrigo sporco, letti scomodi, ma la cosa peggiore è stata la totale assenza di assistenza da parte dei proprietari e del servizio clienti di Booking. Bocciati!!!!!

• Ana Maria (1/5): Nefasto! No lo recomiendo. - Desilusión máxima... No lo recomiendo a nadie El equipo te abandona, no responden a los problemas. Nos dieron un código de acceso equivocado y si no es por otros clientes que nos cedieron su código aún estaríamos en la puerta de la calle. La casa muy sucia desde las escaleras de acceso a la casa muy sucia y descuidada. Los colchones terribles, insufribles. Promocionan cocina aviada y faltan la mitad de las cosas que se ven en las fotos, como tostadora... etc. Ventanas rotas, el wc... no lo recomiendo a nadie.
• Alice (3/5): Sporco, lasciate perdere! - La posizione comoda vicino alle stazioni metro di Aldgate e Aldgate East e fermata del pullman sotto casa. Riepilogo cosa non mi è piaciuto: - Struttura sporca - trovato topo per casa che è schizzato dietro il gabinetto - lenzuola sporche - su 7 ospiti ci sono state lasciate solo due salviette (sporche), ho segnalato la cosa all’host che si è scusata per l’inconveniente dicendomi che le avrebbe portale e non lo ha mai fatto (ci siamo sentito presi in giro) - uno dei rotoli di carta igienica che ci hanno lasciato era sporco di cacca - non c’è dotazione di bagnoschiuma Inutile aggiungere altro, non la consiglio!

• Pietraszek (6/5): It was a good stay but the communication was really bad and a lot of things were missing. However it’s not bad it’s just - It was good conditions. I liked the placement of this apartment. It was very close to the underground and other things. The bedrooms and bathroom were okay. I didn’t like the communication with the people renting this place. At first I texted them on booking via messenge and email with the questions and details of how to get inside. I didn’t get any response. We only got inside because the person who cleaned there heard us. We didn’t have a wi-fi for the entire stay. It wasn’t cleaned that properly.

• Ktabing (5/5): Dusty - Location just 10minute walk from the underground station and 3 min walk from the bus stop. Dusty. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Booked flat 1 but given flat 6. So had to use stairs with 16 steps each floor. Too difficult with luggages. Check in instructions were given after 3pm.

• Susan (7/5): Good - The place was clean and beds comfortable. Microwave, washing machine, air dryer rack, hair dryer and iron provided. High noise level from street traffic and other close by residences. Coffee, tea and washing powder supplies would have been appreciated as cannot be packed for on board travel. Scattered mail on floor at entrance untidy appearance.
• Carol (7/5): Aldgate flat ( suit family of 5 or 7) - We were a 20 minute walk from the Tower of London. The flat had 3 bedrooms and we had 2 children, my Mom and my sister and my husband and I. So we all slept in the flat comfortably. Access to the flat was very easy just follow the instruxtions sent by owner. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is fabulous. There is room on the pullout sofa as well to sleep another adult or 2 children but there was no extra blanket to allow for this. There are at least 4 supermarkets shops nearby, lovely café, reasonably priced about 1 minute away, McDonald's is a 5 minute walk, the Aldgate East tube station is about 8 minute walk away and you can be in Westminister station in 20 minutes.( 28 including the walk from the flat to tube station) . At the Aldgate station there is a burger king, KFC, pret a manger etc as well as kebab shops and The white Hart bar Also there is another bar about 6 minutes walk from the flat but our favourite bar was about 10 minute the black horse with a terrace upstairs. Sarah the owner checked on via text message and was easily contactable. There were no mirrors in the rooms, alarge mirror in the hallway is great but when 4 women are getting ready in the morning at least a small mirror in the bedrooms would be great especially for doing hair. A few tea bags and a little jar of instant coffee would be a nice touch of hospitality. we arrived at 6.30 pm. It was a long day and we would've loved a cup of tea. The bedroom on the right has a fabulous television but it doesn't connect to any network so if possible fix it or remove it as unless you bring your own tv box it's pointless. There is a lot of noise from traffic at night as the flat is so close to London hospital, ambulances are passing at all hours. We are from the countryside so the first night we found this hard but the second we all slept perfectly well. .
• Jiří (8/5): Very good - Just 15 minutes walk from the Tower Bridge, lots of restaurants nearby. The location itself is really good although the traffic on the main Commercial street does not seem to stop ever :-) We were group of six (4 adults, 2 children) and although there are enough rooms and beds, I would recommend a smaller group to stay. The living space to coexist is not that big. Other than that, everything was really fine including the conversation with the owner.
