• Allison (10/5): - Finding keys was a bit difficult and the door sometimes didn't open easily, hot water runs out so don't take showers after another, but all in all, great location and place. Will come back!!
• Наталья (8/5): - Март 2026. Расположение 5 минут станция метро. Рядом есть магазины, кафе. Снимали из-за района Навильи. Красивый район, где можно много гулять у воды. Рекомендация для собственника: сделать лестницу на металлическом каркасе. Если ночью ты спускаешься - разбудил всех вокруг. Ужасно скрипит) это важно, так как пространство общее. 1 этаж, рядом с апартаментами бар. Каждый вечер в одно и тоже время 21-22 часа примерно толпа молодежи возвращается домой. возле окон паркуют скутера. Шум под окнами до 23.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Soggiorno perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Appartamento super fornito e zona ottima - L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato, anche con microonde, lavatrice e lavastroviglie, oltre che piano cottura a induzione. La posizione è ottima, a 5 min dalla metro Porta Genova e 10 min dai Navigli. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono molti negozi, ristoranti, supermercati L'appartamento affaccia sulla strada ed è un piano terra con ampie finestre (abbastanza rialzate da terra). La strada di sera è un punto di ritrovo per molti giovani, essendoci un paio di bar/chioschetti molto frequentati. La zona, pertanto, di sera può risultare un po' rumorosa. Alla zona letto si accede mediante un scala interna, fatta di gradini di legno abbastanza stretti e rumorosi

• crif (4/5): consiglio di cambiare impresa di pulizie - Appartamento comodo per la zona. Abbastanza nuovo e funzionale. La pulizia della camera Dopo aver riscontrato che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dalla precedente occupazione, ho provveduto a segnalare la cosa via whatsapp alla persona che mi aveva seguito per la consegna delle chiavi. Ho poi trovato delle lenzuola pulite in un cassetto e ho provveduto a cambiare il letto da sola. Segnalo che non c’era coprimaterasso. Anche nella doccia c’erano peli che non ho fotografato.

• Phillip (9/5): Solo break to Milan - Bathroom excellent. Clean and modern. Bed comfortable. Secure. Heating very good. Good TV. Kitchen very good. Staff on office very helpful. No welcome pack to help with self catering.. Sofa bed uncomfortable, needs cushions.
• Samia (5/5): Passable - the place of the apprtment it was disapointed to get problem with the heater , we had to move from the first appartment and we got the same problem with the heater in the second appartment . they asked us to send photos and video to move and fixe the problem

• Arkın (9/5): Everything was great. - The apartment's location is great. It is close to the subway, and Navigli is just out there to have a good time. The apartment was super clean and comfortable and we liked it very much. Using hot water is a bit tricky. Since there is a water heater with a tank, it could be a little problem having two consecutive showers. If you and your family would shower, spare some time between them.
• Remy (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment seemed newly renovated and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The key pickup was a little difficult as the office is a distance away from the actual apartment. It can be a bit noisy at night due to location of apartment in city (depending on preferences).

• Poppy (9/5): Comfortable and well connected. - Modern apartment right next to a train station, walking distance to good food and attractions, and pretty quiet on the evenings My only complaint really was not having enough hot water for 2 people to shower one after the other.

• Esmeralda (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. Close to everything and the area is very beautiful. The staff was not very welcoming . The bed is upstairs but the stairs are somehow dangerous. Very narrow, you can not put your full feet there, and extremely uphill. I wouldn't suggest it to senior people or to family with children .
