Misty (7/5): Good location, too noisy from trains to enjoy - The property was in a good location, had lovely views of the river and city and was clean. The trains going past constantly were extremely noisy. You can’t have the doors and windows open or sit out on the balcony due to the noise. There was only 1 glass in the apartment for drinking out of.

Kylie (9/5): Great value - will book again. - Great location, easy walk to South Brisbane station. Key collection needs to be clearer (on a lock box across the street on a fence - FYI future travellers :) )
Mary (6/5): Unit was fine but overall experience felt dodgy. Would not stay again. - Checkin process was torture. Requesting all ID and credit card data, then sending multiple emails that I hadn’t completed it! Charged $20.71 credit card fees on $690 booking. No safety lock on the unit door, didn’t feel that secure. Olivia the host wanted to charge me $50 per hour for earlier than 3pm check-in!!! No bed side tables. Right next to train line, not too noisy but balcony useless. Too many repetitive emails from host.

Kim (1/5): Scam - Location is good Beware Scam! We did not stay, as the owner withheld the check in details from us , demanding that we upload personal information including photographs of drivers license, passport and credit card to a third party website via an email link. This was for a ‘security deposit’ despite the apartment being paid in full through booking.com. We would have happily paid a security deposit through booking.com or via reception but the owner refused. We were not refunded, and booking.com were no help either despite having clear policies on their website not to provide credit card details or personal information over the phone or via email links. Be careful, this apartment may be owned by an identity thief. Also booking.com have lost me forever.
