Clean & comfortable property with everything you need. I like the little extras in the bathroom & pantry. Wasn’t sure how to get to pool/sauna easy

• Michaela (8/5): Convenient and comfortable. - Honestly, it’s not your 5* luxury hotel. HOWEVER if you want a convenient, comfortable, affordable hotel close to the station then this is perfect. The pool is a minute walk into another building, no issue at all. White sheets would give it a better feel. And taking out other guests have used cereals etc. we also didn’t have spare toilet paper.

• Jacob (8/5): Brilliant location, would come again. - Amazing location! And a really good price for the flat. Retrieving the key and getting into the property is a bit complicated. Not the cleanest but like I say nice and cheap.

• Julius (5/5): Not bad, not great - Close to eateries and shops, as well as train station and trams. Communication with host was prompt and clear instructions were given. The shower cubicle was still wet, and there were toiletries left in there which were already used/leftover - a bar of soap, the diluted remains of a shower gel, and empty shampoo bottle. No handwashing soap provided. Beds were scratchy, surfaces were dusty, if it was cleaned prior they didnt do a very good job of it.
• Raechel (3/5): Didn't - Close to all the wide variety of shops and train station. Don't think the unit been cleaned, floor were sticky. Tv was broken, they replaced it the next day. Mirrors were dirty, dish washer full of dirty dishes, oven had lots of crumbs inside it.

• luke (3/5): The gentleman giving us the keys was lovely and very helpful in accessing us a second key - location - very central The flat was disgusting - old food in fridge, a needle was found embedded in the carpet, there were dirty bottles under the couch - it clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly and certainly not to the expected standard

• Benita (7/5): good overall - great location and great having car parking under the apartment. Host was very friendly and helpful. great facilities in the complex. I didnt know we needed a swipe card or we needed to meet the host (or contact the hose on arrival) there were no instructions provided around this or how to use the car park. Fortunately the host was easily contactable and met us quickly. Advertised as having tea/coffee but none provided, normally a few packets of tea/coffee and sugar.

• Kahlia (3/5): What you see is not what you get - Central It says it’s 2 bedroom and 5 beds, it wasn’t it was 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 fold out couch. By the photos which I are different to what we got it looked like 2 bedrooms plus a lounge. All the furniture is completely different and the stove and sink are the reverse. It wasn’t clean the bathrooms were covered in hair and white fluff all over the carpets. I had booked expecting 2 rooms and 5 beds. It was very disappointing. Also there were 3 kettles but no provisions to make tea or coffee & no face washers were supplied only towels and bath mat.

Assisted us with bed number issues promptly and always available to text or call when we needed help The location was right next to a clinic which drew in the wrong crowd so when we were brining in our music equipment we were being followed and heavily watched by some super creepy people

• Alexia (6/5): Good location, difficult communication. - The location was ideal. The size of the apartment was good for 3 people. The check in process was not clear. Check in was from 4pm which is really late. I advised that we would arrive at 4pm. I messaged through booking 10mins before 4pm, then sent a WhatsApp to advise we were outside, then followed up with a phone call which eventually brought someone out to let us in. The property was quite dirty.

Came within 5 minutes and handed the key. Was generally clean but hadn’t had a thorough clean. There was no egg flipper.

We were told to look for a yellow box to get key. It was blue green. The bathroom was dirty. Plug in handbasin dirty. Mould around handbasin. The cuttlerydrawer was also dirty. Benches not wiped down well. Bed in second bedroom was low to ground. Maybe this could have been mentioned,as difficult for older person to manage. Fridge needed a wipe down.

Told to get key had to wait for someone to come out of the building so we could get in. Couch has not been moved and cleaned under,  carpets are very stained, marks all over the walls, cleaning items just stacked up on balcony. The shower had black slim/mould inside around the hinge and also cake of soap left from previous people. This place just needs deep cleaning and carpets cleaning

• Lisa (7/5): Good - We loved the location, easy to find and friendly reception, pool and BBQ area was great, apartment was perfect size, comfortable for our family. The apartment definately needs a good deep clean, it was tidy but not necessarily clean, beds a bit hard but if you like a firm matress they would be fine, dishes were dirty in the cupboard and fry pans still had oil in them and could use some new things like that as you could tell they were old, Kettle needs a good clean and descaling, washing liquids,handwash and shapoo/conditioners were watered down but we bought our own, needs a dish rack & tea towels to dry dishes if don't want to use dishwasher,only 1 dishwasher tablet, really needs a bit of TLC in there, A LOT of marks and splatters on the walls a bit of maintenance will go a long way.

• Andrew (7/5): Good value for money will stay again - Neat and tidy apartment good value for a night or two in Melbourne city For the price there is nothing to not like. It’s an older style apartment with well used carpet and furniture but it’s quite adequate and beds are relatively comfortable for a few nights. Communication with owner is excellent regarding card access to building.

• Amanda (8/5): Very good - I got given the wrong combination and room number as the wrong message got sent to me with the owner thinking I was a girl who keeps ripping him off. he called security and everything. very unprofessional considering he had all my details and I had paid for the room already. we got walked by owner through an underground carpark to a different(worse) part of the building to our actual room.

Carpets stained and walls looked like they needed cleaning. Boot marks on hall leading to apartment. Walls were very thin and could hear everything in next rooms as well as people coming and going elsewhere in building

• Margaret (3/5): Never again - Good location . Clean. Only 2 of us travelled but there was bedding for 6. Terrible communication with admin. Could not contact anyone or enter the building. I booked 2 nights . Two bookings for 1 night each booking. I wasn't able to join them together so I contacted the admin in writing and by phone to explain. Then I was contacted by phone at 2.30pm as the grand final was starting to say I hadn't cleaned out the room to leave the first night. Two angry phone conversations ensued where I threatened them with the police if they threw out my stuff which was threatened. First call was from the cleaner. 2nd from admin who will not listen. The claim that there was a pool and gym was not backed up with an explanation that they were in a separate building. Then there was no instructions of how to find them until after a huge fight on the phone. By then we had no time to even go look for them let alone use them. I didn't really feel safe. Anyone walked into the building after someone who entered. No chain on the door. I felt very unwelcome and overcharged. Booking.com should provide an emergency phone number for help when you are feeling unsafe and vulnerable and can't communicate with the accommodation.
• Annette (7/5): Good - Close proximity to everything central. When we arrived the key wasn't in the letter box as per instructions. Called the number provided, only for owners to advise the apartment hadn't been cleaned and they were in there cleaning. Lucky for then that we were off to the footy-elimination final and didn't just want to chill in the room. They had been advised of an arrival time.
• Margaret (2/5): Distressing. So many things went wrong. Horrible. - Location was good. Clean. Newish. Couldn't get into the building. Couldn't reach the manager by phone. Ended up in a shouting match when I eventually reached him. Unhelpful. The next day we had another shouting match while I was at the afl grand final. I threatened him with the police if he didn't let me in that night. He won't shut up and listen . Wasnt cheap either. No coffee or milk. No security chain on the door. We couldn't open the lock box. No instructions on how to find the gym and pool until after a huge fight on the phone on the second day. Manager didn't realise that I had booked 2 nights separately even though I'd brought it to his attention in writing and a phone conversation. Thank God I had my grandson with me. The whole thing seemed dodgy.
