• Anelisa (10/5): Very comfortable - The appartment has everything we needed. It’s big and very well-equiped. Easy to do the self check in and check out. Very chill area. The pillows were not good but then we realized there were 2 better ones in the wardrobe and they were good.

• Mazzucchi (10/5): Appartamento perfetto per vedere e vivere Firenze con tutte le comodità - Posto molto pulito e curato, vicino al centro a piedi o coi mezzi, struttura con tutto il necessario! Ottimo La linea 14 per chi dovesse muoversi coi mezzi

• Ozan (10/5): Güvenli bölgede, fiyat performansı yüksek, bol yürüyüşlü sakin tek odalı ev. - Ev temizdi. İhtiyacım olan her alet evde mevcuttu. Matteo ve ev sahibi hanımefendi yardıma ihtiyacım olduğu anda bana hızlıca ve nazikçe destek oldular. Evin hemen yanında bir market, kafe ve restoran var. İhtiyacınız olan her şeye birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin yakınlarında dinlenmek için bir park da mevcut. Bölge sakin ve güvenli, lokal insanların yaşadığı bir bölge. Ev turistik merkezlere 30 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, yürümeyi seven birisi olarak bunu hiç dert etmedim, her gün başka yollardan yürüdüm ve başka güzellikler gördüm. Yürümek istemiyorsanız otobüsler ile 10-15 dakika gibi bir sürede ulaşabilirsiniz evin hemen önünde otobüs durağı var. Fiyat performans olarak üst düzey. Kış aylarında konaklıyorsanız ısıtması biraz zor olabilir ve sıcak su çok hızlı tükeniyor duş almak biraz zor.

• Mari Carmen (6/5): En general, todo un poco "cutre" - La cama, el colchón. No tiene ventanas. La ropa de cama y baño, demasiado usada. La ducha, la mitad mampara y la mitad cortina. El cable del radiador del baño que atraviesa el espejo. La cocina, saltan los plomos al conectar una parte. La sartén, el mango a punto de caerse y el teflón pelado.

• Vanina (10/5): - Estuvo todo perfecto. Cada detalle pensado para que al turista no le falte nada. Gracias!!! Fue complicado ubicar el lugar pero con las instrucciones del anfitrión que estuvo atento a mis mensajes lo pude resolver rápidamente.

• Marcela (8/5): Buen llegar para lavar ropa y descansar - Hay que saber que está en el primer piso del edificio de la foto. Por tanto yo creo que era un local comercial habilitado como departamento. Esto hace que sea muy grande y espacioso. Pero abres la puerta y estás en la calle. Tiene lavadora de ropa y es todo muy moderno. El bus para llegar al centro se toma a 2 cuadras. Nos costó llegar porque por Google maps te manda a un lugar en la misma calle pero a 1 cuadra y media. Tuvimos que pedir ayuda y un señor italiano que ya estaba acostumbrado a esto nos llevó. En Italia salió una ley que un “humano” debe recibirte y no solo dejar las llaves en una cajita con clave y estoy completamente de acuerdo
• Karima (7/5): Merece una puntuación más alta si no fuera por el trato recibido por parte del Sr Matteo/Host4U Gestione Affitti Bre - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo. El apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. ¡LA ANFITRIONA fue muy amable, educada y disponible por teléfono! La puerta de la ducha estaba rota. Un solo juego de sábanas para toda una semana me pareció poco. En la ventana trasera de la parte superior es necesario ponerla una cortina oscura como el que esta puesta para la puerta de la entrada que impide que entre la luz, que no te deja dormir. ¡más si estamos en el mes de julio que a las 04:00 a.m ya amanece! El proceso de registro fue un desastre. La persona encargada de ello el Sr Matteo por parte de Host4U fue muy grosero y poco servicial, sabía solo dar órdenes. !Lamentable la verdad!
• Herb (9/5): Very comfortable stay walking distance from the historic district. - Very clean and comfortable. It was also very spacious. Bed very comfortable and kitchen provided all that we needed for cooking. This is NOT advertised as providing parking but if you are considering this place and have a car you may want to reconsider. We thought we would be fine to find our own parking but street parking was impossible and the garage was expensive! Also regarding the WiFi: you may want to take a look at your board where you have it written. There is no WiFi address included and the password is unclear. We tried numerous combinations of passwords and web addresses which did not work. We asked for assistance but were only referred back to what was posted.

• Matthew (8/5): Florence retreat! - The location, space, cleanliness and security was excellent. Also a really decent shower, fresh towels and quick wifi. Scan the QR code! The host, Matteo, was very responsive, friendly and accommodating, bed was big and comfortable. Shop 50 yes away, Arno, 100yds. The only issue was there were a few mosquitoes resident somehow. I am extremely allergic to their bites and was covered and uncomfortable. However, this isn't a criticism of the accomodation, as these things happen, just a comment as I'm super sensitive.

• Rozalie (8/5): Very good - We really liked the kitchen but be aware that there no supplies like salt or oil for cooking.
• Florencia (8/5): Very good to walk around Florence, we’ve enjoyed it a lot. - Very spacious flat and good for resting. Everything works ok and the bed is comfortable. The warm shower is also very good. The hosts were very attentive and worried about our confort. A bit dark and a little humidity smell but not that bad. It’s a little bit far from the city center, but there are buses.
• Ventsislav (2/5): Not impressed - The hot water is extremely insufficient, there are huge stains of mold on the walls, our shower hose and door broke during regular use and we were charged of our deposit for the repair (despite explaining numerous times that it was not our fault). If you are a girl and want to wash your hair while at the property, aim for the summer period, as the hot water runs out in about 2 to 3 minutes. Also no windows whatsoever. The mold exceeds safe levels and would bother most people. The location is alright.
