Cassandra (1/5): - Nothing Everything, we walked in my son started to get red puffy eyes. We found somewhere else to stay and left. Don't know how people can let out a place like this.
Jessica (1/5): Apartment has issues but the agency helped move us - Location is great and pool area is lovely. The linen service was really great. The rental agency were helpful and moved us to a new apartment once reported the mold issue There is a visible mold issue in the apartment with a very strong smell. The en-suite bathroom had an old soap with a hair on it and clearly had not been properly cleaned.
Wendy (5/5): It’s time for a refresh. - Rainbow Bay Realty - where we picked up the keys were amazing when I requested the bed castor repair and removing the putrid rugs from each room. Same day service from friendly, efficient staff. Two bathrooms enabled all four of us to get ready in a timely manner. Pool and bbq area very well maintained. Very poor access. Many stairs up and down from reception to the apartment. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or small children. Need two hands to open the security door and double locks on front door. The balcony is too small for any purpose - no relaxation room. No iron or ironing board or laundry sink Dated interiors with flimsy dining setting, sunken lounges and mismatched crockery. Thankfully as we were there for a sports event, we didn’t spend much time in the apartment.
