• Andrew (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Location excellent short walk to Earls Court plenty of bars and restaurants and mini markets the apartment had all you need in appliances No curtains in room with sofa bed, very busy road thus traffic noise is very high in that room also you cannot watch tv with the windows open due to the noise , apartment is only accessible by stairs .

• Nargiz (4/5): - Location Poor wifi, poor communication from owner, dusty, mattresses, bedding and towels need an update, bathrooms need a deep clean
• Alan (3/5): Won’t be back - Location The entire flat needs a deep clean and renovations. Bathroom Radiators couldn’t be turned off, fire alarms and lights hanging from the ceilings. Dust was all over the bed frames underneath them and over the fridge as examples. There was extreme heat in London and it was really unbearable to be in the property for the entire stay. The fans in the rooms are of poor quality and really did not help at all. No sleep was had.

• Cindy (7/5): Perfect for a city trip - Totally met our expectations. Everything we needed was there. Flat looks like in the pictures. The wifi is not strong, however this was already known to us by reading the other reviews. Therefore, we came prepared.

• Mazen (1/5): No good service - The owner of the department he is so rude I left the keys inside the apartment I called him in a cold weather and I told him can you open the door for me? He Tell me sleep outside I don’t care. The honest I think there is a ghost inside the apartment always the lights go on and off and the door keep opening by herself the door of the bathroom that’s why I forgot the keys inside the apartment. I was standing next to the door and the door closed I think the ghost they close the door
• Neil (8/5): Excellent location with access to lots of facilities - The location is excellent. The tube station, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything you need is only a few minutes walk away. It is a busy street but the bedrooms are at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. There is no parking but there is an unloading point right in-front of the front door so it is easy to get the bags out of there car. There is undercover parking available about 10mins walk away at the Ibis hotel at about £27/day. We had a few issues logging in to the internet but the host responded and we resolved it (For info - there are a lot of competing Wifi routers in the area so just be patient or search for required one). Our daughter used the bed sofa and found it comfortable. The flat feels secure with good locks. The shower could do with a deep clean and some unblocking solution. The flat could also do with a little bit of TLC: the smoke alarm is hanging off the ceiling, the curtain need straightening etc. Nothing that would have stopped us staying there, it would just lift the apartment to it's full potential.

• Mayasah (7/5): Loved the location, the apartment size , rooms and layout, very good for the price. - The layout , size and great quality fittings . The location was fantastic, close to the tube and all types of restaurants and eateries up and down the street. The apartment could benefit from : Bathroom and shower deep clean, the shower tray fills up because the drains are probably packed. Could use more and better towels, IKEA towels are a decent quality and don’t cost much. The mattress needs replacing along with the bedsheets and pillows. Again doesn’t cost much but makes a huge difference to the guests. Lastly some of the furniture needs fixing , like lose chair legs and sofa could do with shampooing.
