• Monika (8/5): War für eine Veranstaltung in der Nähe hier, steige dann meistens in dieser Unterkunft ab. - Habe ohne Frühstück gebucht. Kenne es allerdings von früheren Aufenthalten, ist gut sortiert. Hat alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit gepasst!

Varias veces se bloqueó la clave de la puerta y no había a quien recurrir. El personal de recepción cuando se encontraban. Atendían muy mal . El desayuno malo, había que hacer filas para tomar desayuno.

• Fab80 (10/5): - Πολύ ωραίο το ξενοδοχείο. Μπροστά έχει στάση τραμ και σε κοντινή απόσταση μετρό. Καθαρό και και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

The room was not clean at all and the overall condition of the hotel showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. The biggest issue, however, was the blonde receptionist, who was incredibly rude from the very beginning. She clearly did not know how to do her job properly and charged us twice for the check-in, even though the reservation had already been fully paid through Booking.com. Instead of checking the system carefully, she acted as if she could not be bothered to help us. On the day of check-out, her attitude became even worse. We politely asked if we could leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours, and her response — in a very irritated and disrespectful tone — was simply: “Check-out okay, bye bye.” She showed absolutely no willingness to assist us or provide the level of hospitality that any guest should normally expect. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. The only positive aspect of this experience was that the hotel manager acknowledged the mistake and refunded our money. Unfortunately, that does not change the fact that our overall experience was terrible, and we would definitely not choose to stay here again.

• Steven (5/5): Für Geschäftlichen Aufenthalt ok, privat nicht in erwägung zu ziehen. - Frühstück hatte geringe Auswahl, aber war ausreichend. Bett war ok. Klima im Zimmer. Nur ein hocker und sehr kleiner Tisch im Zimmer. Kein richtiger Sessel. Lärm, vor allem die Musik aus der Lobby. Zum Checkin war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und es dauerte eine Stunde bis sie es war. Dutzende Leute haben gewartet. Der digitale Checkin funktioniert zwar, endet aber mit "Ihr Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig, bitte wenden Sie sich an die Rezeption." Nur das diese eben nicht besetzt war. Und das war schon nach 15 Uhr. Hatte auch zu wenig Klopapier.

• Janneke (8/5): Prima verblijf gehad verder😀 - Hele fijne douche en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Kamer was ook heerlijk koel. De tram stopt tegenover het hotel en de metro is op loopafstand. Ontbijt was prima Er was geen kledingkast op de kamer alleen 3 planken voor je kleding. Er ontbrak een kluis. De kamer wordt alleen op verzoek schoongemaakt en dit wordt aangegeven op een bordje bij de receptie en in de lift. Was handig geweest als dit verteld zou worden bij check in of een notitie op je kamer. Wij hebben dus 3 nachten geslapen en er kwam niemand schoonmaken en geen schone handdoeken . De laatste dag zagen we in de lift pas dat het op verzoek was.
• Martin (6/5): Sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Frühstück und defekte Duschwand - Das Servicepersol war stehst bemüht, jedoch total unterbesetzt. Wir hatten seit der Anreise eine defekte Duschwand. Auch auf Anzeige dessen, ist leider keine Reparatur durchgeführt wurden. Außerdem war das Hoteleigene Frühstück sehr schlecht. Wir mussten über 15 Minuten anstehen um überhaupt etwas zu Essen zu bekommen und es war sehr wenig oder alle. Es fehlte an fast allem, weil alles vergriffen war. Das Personal hat immer versucht, das Essen, die Getränke und das Geschirr nachzufüllen, war aber leider komplett unterbesetzt.

There is a neighboring garage for half the price, but the staff don't seem to be aware of this. The check-in and check-out process itself is super easy. The garage pricing could be more competitive, specifically lower. The exterior of the hotel facing the side buildings, hidden from the guests' view, is quite neglected and littered with trash. I have no other negative feedback.

• Iosif (5/5): Clean rooms disappointing service - The room was clean, but it also had a sock on the ceiling covering the fire sensor. I don't know if it was a feature or a bug. I did not touch it so I would not start an alarm. Breakfast was let's say fair not diverse at all. I did not eat breakfast so it remained for the rest of my family. The size of the breakfast room is no match for the hotel and the hotel is understaffed. One person is preparing breakfast and also doing reception stuff. It took nearly 40 min to do the check-in. I was lucky to find a parking place although I did reserved one in my request. The AC did not work or I did not know how to, but there were also no instructions.

Además, la máquina de vending no funcionaba bien y se quedó el importe sin dar el producto. Por otra parte, en otros hoteles de la cadena hay elementos para el aseo personal y en este no.

Meiner Meinung nach zu wenig Personal beim Frühstück, es waren Reisegruppen im Hotel dadurch lange Schlange beim Frühstück die Damen vom Service waren zwar sehr bemüht aber trotzdem kamen sie mit dem nach sortieren der Lebensmittel und des Geschirrs nicht nach. Meiner Meinung nach müsste man für große Reisegruppen eine fixe Zeit zum Essen vergeben das nicht alle gleichzeitig kommen!

• Mateusz (8/5): W porządku - Lokalizacja na plus, przechodząc przez ulicę mamy przystanek tramwajowy do lini 71 która dojeżdża do samego centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji Wiednia. Tani i bezpieczny parking dla samochodów w naszym przypadku 18 euro za dwie doby i dobry dojazd od strony Bratysławy. 800 metrów od hotelu znajduje się metro co znowu na plus. Pokój czysty, schludny, zadbany i pachnący. Śniadania zdecydowanie to najsłabszy punkt, lobby stanowczo za małe na taką ilość pokojów (gości). Jedzenie mało rozmaite i bardzo szybko się kończyło na szwedzkim stole. Pierwszego dnia pobytu śniadanie obsługiwała jedna osoba tace leżały na podłodze i nikt nie sprzątnął lobby do 12:30. Jedzenie donoszone po parę sztuk, które w parę sekund znikało. Następnego dnia było lepiej obsługiwane przez dwie osoby, częstsze donoszenie jedzenia natomiast wciąż to za mało na taką ilość gości. Sok i mleko skończyły się bardzo wcześnie około 9. Podsumowując śniadania i obsługa śniadań to jedyny minus hotelu.

Schmutziges Geschirr stapelten sich auf den Tischen und am Boden. Tische waren schmutzig. Frische Gläser und Tassen waren verbraucht. Säfte und Milch waren leer.

• Tanja (6/5): Die Lage war perfekt, das Personal absolut top…aber: zu teuer für null Service… - Das Personal war richtig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt. Es waren einige Dinge, im Zimmer, kaputt. Das Zimmer war teuer: 204€, für 2 Personen und 2 Nächte. Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel nur gegen Aufpreis buchbar. Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, es gab null Auswahl und kostet, pro Person, noch zusätzlich 13,50€. Nie wieder B&B.

• Nataliia Chub (9/5): Приятный и чистый отель с вежливым персоналом - Отель легко найти. Очень быстрая регистрация, удобный паркинг и заезд в него. Номер соответствовал описанию. Удобная кровать, наличие фена в номере было приятным. Вежливый персонал. Быстро добираться до метро. Нам все понравилось. И еще - расположение отеля также удобно для тех, кто путешествует на машине - быстро можно выехать на автобан. хотелось чайник в номере, так как приходили поздно и хотелось выпить чаю
