• Jarek (8/5): Rodzinny pobyt w Londynie nastawiony głównie na zwiedzanie i aktywne spędzanie czasu - Obiekt spełniający nasze wymagania dla 6 osób, choć widać już po nim upływ czasu. Do dyspozycji była jedna łazienka z toaletą. Jeden z pokoi miał łóżko dwuosobowe oraz jednoosobowe, jednak na miejscu okazało się, że „łóżko jednoosobowe” to przenośne łóżko Jay-Be, które musieliśmy przenieść do salonu. Na plus duża lodówka, płyta indukcyjna, zmywarka oraz pralka (z której nie korzystaliśmy). W pobliżu znajdują się duży market Sainsbury’s, stacja metra Nine Elms oraz wiele linii autobusowych. Niedaleko znajduje się także Vauxhall Station - ważny węzeł komunikacyjny z metrem, pociągami i autobusami, zapewniający szybki dojazd do centrum Londynu. Na plus Wi-Fi oraz telewizor z kanałami muzycznymi, rozrywkowymi i sportowymi. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu - po zgłoszeniu braku kapsułek do zmywarki zostały dostarczone jeszcze tego samego dnia. Musiałem przesłać zdjęcie paszportu, mimo że sam portal Booking ostrzega, aby nie udostępniać tego typu danych. W zmywarce znajdowały się resztki jedzenia.

• Yulia (7/5): Good apartment near the subway. - Location is good, close to the subway station. It was warm, the heating worked well. there was everything you needed in the apartment. It was not clean enough, the bed linen didn’t seem fresh (we found hairs and some stains that were easy to clean), the wi-fi was weak. Towels were old and smelled bad.

The tube station was literally next door, and the local amenities were perfect for us..A most pleasant stay. There wasn't anything at all that we didn't like.

The code we were given was incorrect but the staff were very responsive and the issue was rectified very smoothly. I didn’t like that we had to take the bins out.

• Micha (8/5): - Die Wohnung, Ausstattung und die Lage war für uns und für das was wir bräuchten topp! In einen der Schlafzimmer im 1.OG ließen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Ich hatte dies direkt per WhatsApp beim Anbieter in England berichtet. Es wurde auch prompt geantwortet und versprochen, dass sich der Sache angenommen wird. In den folgenden Tagen wurde ich immer wieder bzgl. des Themas kontaktiert und wir waren im Austausch, aber passiert ist leider nichts und das Problem bestand auch noch bei unserer Abreise. Der Wille war offensichtlich da, aber von Mittwoch bis Sonntag im Sommer in einem Schlafzimmer, dessen zwei Fenster sich nicht öffnen lassen, dass ist nicht wirklich gut.
• FABIO BASTOS (5/5): Atenção aos detalhes das avaliações. - Proximidade com um bom supermercado e estação de metrô. So conseguimos ficar no local porque improvisaram um ar portátil. Primeiramente evitem esse lugar durante o verão. É um forno literalmente. Segundo, tomamos um susto enorme na chegada, local estava aberto com um cidadão dentro e uma moça. Ate entender que eram da limpeza e da manutenção ficou bem tenso. Check-in atrasado e no momento do check-out foram super exigentes. Resto de comida por toda parte. Acredito que dos hóspedes anteriores. Os arredores do apartamento nao passam segurança. Nao recomendo andar a pé a noite. Distante das principais atrações. Arredores com mato e descuidados. Qualquer dúvida tenho fotos e video de tudo que estou afirmando. Nao recomendo.

The place is beautiful, clean, and located in a peaceful neighborhood, even though it’s in the heart of the city center. Large Sainsbury’s just around the corner, and Vauxhall train/bus/metro stations 5 minutes away. Squeaky laminate on 2nd floor.

It also has a Sainsbury’s supermarket and an Asian market right next to the station. Some of the windows can’t be opened which isn’t too big a problem

• Peter (9/5): Great stay, I highly recommend it to other guests. - The apartment is perfectly located, just one block away from the Underground and a supermarket. It was also clean and well equipped for a one-week stay. The mattresses are softened by wear, with the coils sticking out. We were a group of five (within the stated total occupancy of six), but the kitchen has a smallish table with only 4 chairs.

• Gaetane (9/5): This was a great place to stay. We were close to all transport and Battersea Power station and park are a short walk aw - The location is fantastic. A 2 min walk to the underground, bus stops and supermarket. Communication was amazing Nothing negative at all.
• Archontia (6/5): mediocre - It was a good size apartment and the location was good too. The mattresses felt very cheap and they were uncomfortable, far from “luxury”. There were not any spare towels we could use. About the cleanness: The gaps in the couch were filled with candy and bread crumbs from all previous guests. There was dust in multiple surfaces. Generally there was a smell of “mold” in the apartment and it wasn’t well cleaned. Contrary to all previous apartments we have stayed, they did not provide any snacks or a little coffee bar. Whatever was left there was from previous guests. Even through the price of staying is very expensive, they also ask for a deposit of approx. £250 that must be given in advance via bank transfer, not via booking. Last but not least there were many instructions and one of them was strict about cleaning after ourselves. Which of course we did thoroughly from fear of loosing our extra deposit. We left it a lot cleaner that we found it. I thought we were paying for this??!! !! And most importantly, the alarming thing about it is that the host offers 10% off the next stay IF you give a POSITIVE REVIEW on booking .com (through a personal message). !!

Close to public transport- subway and buses. There's a supermarket right next door. Easy communication with owners, convenient receipt and transfer of keys. Good provision with shampoos and shower gels. In the kitchen, we had everything we needed. In general, a good Internet connection. We were satisfied and can recommend this apartment.

• Lior (10/5): As close to the perfect score as you can get - I usually find it hard to give a 10 to anything due to the fact that a 10 is almost impossible to get to *but* that apartment at 4 Hemans st. is as near as you can get to the 10 score. Let's start with the wonderful communication with Inaam (our P.O.C) which was amazing and I could get answers from him almost all day long in 5 minutes. The location! Wow! 1 minutes walk from "nine elms" tube and Salisbury's (a huge supermarket with everything in it) and even a Starbucks next to it(!) Cleanliness level! Super! We were at places and that flat is super-super clean: sheets, blankets, floor, bathroom, toilet. The cookware, the washing machine, the dishwasher, the television, the heating, the wifi everything is there to keep you and your kids to feel like home far from home. Even the unusual clothes dryer that made a wonderful work :) As a conclusion: I'm really happy I found that place and it was a major aspect of our trip success. The mattresses were a bit soft but again, it a matter of preference I guess. And we were 5 of us so I had to sleep on an inflammable mattress, another normal (maybe foldable) bed in the living room area would be fantastic. By the way it's a 2 floors house (for us it was ok)

• Missan (4/5): Apartment was very dirty, location is good and right by a tube station - the location of the apartment is the best thing about this property, it’s very close to a tube station, and only a few minutes away from a supermarket, although the neighborhood isn’t so great the apartment was not clean on arrival; we found trash left in the bins, cooking utensils unwashed, and the floor dirty. And although the manager tried to arrange for cleaning, it was long after we arrived and we had already cleaned ourselves. I expected more especially when paying a 350£ deposit and being asked to clean the apartment before leaving. I had a dispute with a manager over the cleanliness of the apartment. She then tried to offer a 50£ refund if I gave the property a 10 on booking, which I found extremely dishonest.
