- YANN (4/5): - Location is very good - in the main street and a short walk to the beach. The inside of the apartment was clean although the bathroom floor tiles are very slippery after showering. The outside balcony and rooftop BBQ were disappointing. We had second thoughts about using the BBQ (one of the reasons we chose the property) - it really needs to be replaced as the grill and hotplate were pretty gross. The rooftop furniture was also pretty bad; the wooden sunloungers looked extremely brittle due to sun damage and the footrest was broken. We didn't dare use them. The fiberglass / plastic dining furniture on the rooftop has also seen better days and needs to be replaced - there were a few complaints about them. I don't think the cleaners look at the outdoor areas as the floors of both the balcony and rooftop were not swept and there was bird poo on the stairs leading up to the rooftop area. Very disappointing and not worth the extortionate prices they charge.
