• Michelle (9/5): - Location was fabulous, loved having a washing machine. Secure underground parking was a bonus. Not a lot of bench space in bathroom/laundry
• Jude (10/5): Arrived very tired and stressed, left feeling very happy and totally relaxed - Fantastic location, bottle store 2 minutes walk, supermarket 4 minute walk, and the beach is just about on the doorstep with a 2 minute walk, lots of eateries, just a great place to stay The toilet I feel had not been cleaned before our arrival, as there was toilet paper in the bowl, with lots of number two traces on it. 🤢 The apartment was very well equipped, with the exception of oven proof dishes. There was no casserole dishes or anything suitable for using in the oven, there was one oven tray, however this had slotted holes in it, so was really of little use. Apart from that as a traveller there was everything you would want plus more. Over all very happy 😃
• Gaynor (3/5): Disappointed - Location I am generally reluctant to write a bad review. Room wasn't clean. Dishes not clean and general cleanliness poor.Dishwasher didn't work. Safe didn't work. Permanent dripping noise in Bedroom for all of our stay. Didn't get information to get into room until 3.30 after i made two phonecalls after we had requested early check in months ago. Reception wasn't helpful as it turned out to be a private letting.
• Josephine (7/5): Very nice & comfortable. Owner quick to respond to issues & will rectify asap. - Very close to town centre & beach, good parking. Nice verandah over looking hills. Noisy doors as they were so heavy neighbours would just let doors slam. Bathroom needs a good deep clean, toilet & shower. Mould in seals of washing machine & needs a good clean to get rid of smell. Dishwasher broken.

• Geoff (9/5): In the heart of Glenelg - Loved the location. The apartment was clean, comfortable, convenient and well equipped for a longer stay. Having secure undergound car aprking was a definite bonus along with the expansive view toward the City and Mt Lofty Ranges. Close proximity to Jetty road restaurants and cafes as well as a short stroll to the beach.

New coffee machine received day four. Apartment was very clean, unfortunately oven needed a good clean.

• Eric (8/5): A great experience - The position is magnificent, the unit was a good size with a good sized balcony. Washing machine & dryer very handy. The only thing I didn’t liked was there was a car parked in a NO PARKING BAY next to our parking bay which made it very difficult to get our car in & out. The sign in the garage said to call management with no number & no number for management in our unit.

My only complaint is the same everywhere and maybe it should become a rule that bed linen and towels are white like in hotels. the reason is the washing temperature and therefore perfect cleanliness

• Marg (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was cosy, very comfortable, clean and well presented with a lovely view from the balcony looking back towards Adelaide. Perfect for a couple. The location was excellent 👌 within walking distance to shops, restaurants, buses and trams, and the beach. We also had access to the complex heated pool. We loved our stay. Nothing as far as the flat goes, but the spa (as part of the complex) was out of order for the week we were there.
• Saunders (10/5): Beautiful apartment with lovely balcony and view of the hills and close to beach and all facilities. - The location was excellent as can walk to Marina or the lively Jetty Road. The host Ingrid was exceptionally helpful on arrival, so off to a great start. Apartment was very well equipped with great appliances. Very secure and comfortable with plenty of space to entertain friends and family. There is nothing that we did not like so questions not really applicable.

• Elaine (10/5): Great apartment in great location. - Great location. Apartment is really well furnished and maintained. Bed and sofa are both very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Great communication from the owners, easy check in and they respond quickly to messages. Would definitely stay there again if we return to SA. We had a bit of a wait between check out and our flight and Ingrid helpfully suggested we see if we could leave our cases at the Oaks reception which worked out fine for us. Would highly recommend this apartment.
• Anthony (10/5): Wonderful area and a fabulous holiday made even more perfect by our stay here. - The location was perfect! Close to the beach and also Glenelg town. We were self catering and the kitchen was well equipped to handle this. There is also a well stocked supermarket close to the property. Ingrid was very helpful whenever we had any problems and if we ever rturn to Australia we will absolutely be booking to stay there again. I honestly don’t think this holiday could have been any better. Everything was perfect and we loved the pool, spa and sauna as well as the close proximity of the beautiful Holdfast bay beach.

The only thing we were disappointed with and puzzled by was that the sheets were warm winter ones when the temperatures were in mid to late thirties?? The sheets were also a bit rough and scratchy. However, the bed was very comfortable. Just the sheets being rough and winter ones.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a great location with a lovely view of the city and surrounds. Ingrid was easy to contact if needed and lovely to deal with. I would recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in Glenelg area.

• Kylie (7/5): The room was lovely, parking terrible and check in ludicrous. - Nice location The key pick up and carpark was annoying. The carpark is tight and the car next to us didn't park particularly well. If you are not a good driver in a tight carpark.... this would kill your enjoyment of a weekend in Glenelg. Trying to find the code on a letterbox that is not eye height is also annoying. For anyone older than 40 without amazing eye sight and good knees to sit on the floor to navigate through the process would be better off paying 10 dollars extra to stay across the road at the Oaks. We usually stay there and on this occasion, i thought we should try a different option. Not keen to go back.

• Philippa (7/5): Great location and comfortable apartment - The apartment is well located in the Glenelg area and accessible to everything. The apartment has all the amenities that you need and is suitable for 2 people. The cleanliness' of the apartment was not up to the standard expected of a property at this price point. The Host was very responsive and explained she had new cleaners looking after it. I hope moving forward that this issue is addressed. I had to clean the apartment before we could settle in.
• Haroula (10/5): Best equipped apartment - To begin with, it was very easy to collect the keys and enter the apartment. The host provided very clear instructions that were easy to follow. The host was available at all times and responded within a print manner for any questions we had. The apartment was one of the most equipped places I have ever stayed in. There was nothing missing that we needed during our stay. The partner was equipped with a lot of kitchen facilitators that made cooking easier, cleaning products and facilities. Every thing was well thought of even including a drying rack for our clothes, iron and ironing board and a safe. This apartment was also very spotless and clean and had beautiful furniture ( the couch was sooo comfy). This was a fabulous place to stay and I had no issues and felt very safe and comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment for a long stay as well as a short stay. Nothing
