• Ruzena (10/5): Great! The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with air conditioning. - Makepe area was a quiet, clean, and safe part of the city. Nearby, there was a grocery store with a bakery where you can buy everything you need. The breakfasts were excellent. Every day, you can choose from the menu whether you decide on a French or a traditional Cameroonian breakfast, or a fruit or avocado salad. Everything is fresh and delicious. The staff here are incredibly kind and caring, always willing to help and give advice at any time. Two wonderful ladies take care of your comfort during the day, and in the evening there is a friendly security guard who makes you feel safe. Nothing.

Ils font tout pour mettre les clien - Un an passé nous étions dans cet appartement là, il y avait des petits réparations à faire dans cet appartement, de donné un bénéfice de doute, sauf que le gérant ne fait rien, il n’a rien fait un an après c’est devenu la catastrophe à faire. Je me suis dit que le gérant peut faire des réparations dans son meublé, ce qui est normal. Nous sommes revenus un an après cet appartement et la catastrophe. Les gens qui vont loger dans cet appartement doivent ouvrir l'oeil parce que ils seront en danger dans la deuxième toilette de la deuxième chambre, le mur peut s'écouler. Faites attention à vos enfants, c'est la catastrophe, il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes dans cet appartement l'eau qui coule du mur , je comprends pas. Je n'ai pas compris s'il vous plaît. Regardez les photos vous-même. Nina, la petite Nina fait ce qu’elle peut mais on peut comprendre que elle fait de son mieux. Le gérant doit aménager son appartement pour recevoir des clients. Les clients ne peuvent pas être en danger. Les servante. très sympa, très très sympa, ce n’est pas de leur faute mais le gérant doit aménager son appartement meublé, on dit bien meublé pour les clients qui vient payer pour être Alezes pour être en vacances. Le gérant doit mettre les clients à l’aise son appartement pour ne pas mettre les locataires en danger. Dans la chambre de la deuxième que ma fille dormait, il y avait la tête du lit qui avait la moisissure qui avait pris tout n'en parlons même pas des toilettes la douche là où ma fille de se laver le mur était cassé devait s'écrouler à tout moment. Donc j'ai enlevé mon enfant là-bas en catastrophe, ma fille n'a plus jamais mis les pieds dans cette chambre ou dans cette toilette, c'est la catastrophe. faites attention à vos enfants.

There are several different sorts of breakfasts to pick from, and the host always delivered the food at the time we requested. Also, the presence of a standby generator ensured that we didn't suffer from any power cuts throughout our stay. The staff were super friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The facility is an excellent choice for lodging during a visit to Douala, and I highly recommend it.

• Jacques (8/5): A very good experience - The apartment is located in a safe area with the main street very accessible. A security guard is also standing all night. A special mention to the girls who kept the apartment always clean and were communicative.
