If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Prian Fernández (7/5): - Lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación. Cerca de todo. Hemos estado dos adultos y dos niños y el sofá cama es incomodísimo. Ni siquiera es para dormir los niños. En cuanto a limpieza, las sillas del salón estaban sucias.

- ÜMİT (10/5): Basit ve huzurlu. - Yeri çok çok iyi. Hem soho’nun en merkezi yerinde restaurantların, barların dibinde hemde sessiz sakin ve güvenli. 2 çocuğumuz ile 3 gece sıkıntısız keyifle kaldık. Daha önceki yorumlarda kalın perde olmadığı içeri ışık sızdığı vs yazıyordu. Bugün kalın perde var kapattığımızda gayet karanlık oldu. Rahat uyuduk. Tuvalet kağıdı yedekliydi. Kişi sayısına göre kahve ve çay bırakılmıştı hoştu. Çift kişilik yatak konforlu idi. Şampuan kişi sayısına göre bırakılabilirdi. Yastıklar çok inceydi. Yüksek yastık sevenler rahat etmeyecektir. Koltuk çok sertti. Ama idare edilebilir.

L’appartamento è in una palazzina con ascensore. Quartiere vivace ma molto tranquillo. Eravamo in quattro e gli spazi erano giusti per muoverci. C’è poco da dire perché siamo state molto bene. L’unico appunto potremmo farlo sulla regolazione lenta della temperatura dell’acqua, all’inizio o troppo calda o troppo fredda

Aire acondicionado OK. La info previa para el ingreso perfectamente explicado. SUPER RECOMENDABLE. El sofa cama, eramos 4 y las nenas durmieron incomodas. Es muy duro, casi tabla. Tuvimos que sumarle unos acolchados que habian para que sea mas amena la base, recomiendo que cambien ese sofa cama para que sea un punto a favor, la verdad resta bastante. Durante el viaje las chicas durmieron en varios sofa cama sin problemas, pero este era fatal.

Det vil være forkert at kalde det en toværelses, når det er et rum med en skillevæg mellem soveværelse og stue. En meget enkel lejlighed, som kunne have lidt mere luksus, men den fungerer.

Unfortunately, the big disadvantage of the apartment is that you can't open the windows because there are fans from the restaurant behind them and it smells terribly of burnt fat. Some may be bothered by street noise
