There were cockroaches everywhere, even on the bed which made it very difficult to relax or feel at ease. To make matters worse, we also saw a mouse on the kitchen counter, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. The bedding was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and whether the linens were properly cleaned between guests. On top of that, the shower pressure was very poor, making it frustrating to even take a proper shower.

• mmanoko (10/5): - The apartment has everything I never thought it would, from an iron, kettle, microwave, heater, etc. It's very accommodating, whether you came for business, home living, or vacation. The location is perfect, close to many businesses, a hair salon, food and beverage options, and laundry services. It's clean and the balcony view is just authentic!

Security staff they were so nice . - Property it's very clean except the room .Tea set was very dirty and Pots so much dust on the floor.Bathroom mates was also dirty and balcony .Mop was having extension .Bed linen have blue stains.Its a nice apartment though if they can pull up socks in cleaning the apartment. We ask for the parking to the Host .She told us she's waiting for the security when we went to the security they told us no one mention the parking for us .We were looking like idiot until the Security told us to pay for the parking .

The best This time around I felt a little bit uncomfortable with the bedding. The sheets needs to be replaced and get new set of sheets. The shower door needs to be fix and the last time, I complained about it abd lastly show head also need to be replace (water pressure) not good at all.

We could barely use the microwave as it looked old and rusted which is not what we saw in the pictures. The pool looks nothing like the pictures. I would not go there again. Their rooms have so much potential to be great with more maintenance and more attention from the host.

• Yonela (2/5): Horrible stay - The room definitely looked the way it did in the pictures. Plus the water was warm. The cockroach situation is out of hand. There were cockroaches everywhere. The bedroom, the bathroom, the cupboards, the sink, the oven, the microwave. My partner and I had to be the ones to purchase doom. And other cleaning supplies to make the room close to satisfactory. The place is very cute, but trying to fall asleep knowing that a cockroach might fall into your Mouth is very scary.

The location is horrible almost got robbed just outside the door. Save your coins don't book with them , this place is a scam. The iron burns clothes and TV is for display. There's not a single positive thing I could say about this place.

• Kgaugelo (7/5): Good - It was close to amenities and vibrant. The roaches, omg, the roaches, it was hot, there was no air conditioning or fan, no tea/coffee, they charge extra fee for cleaning, but no one came to clean the place, the pool was small and dirty.

Nicely decorated with a cute balcony. The bed was also comfortable. I also liked the study area, I was able to study well there for my exams. There is also good cupboard space. 1) When I first arrived and needed to use the bathroom, there was no toilet paper available. Even after making staff members aware, I never had toilet paper till the end of my stay which was disappointing. 2) The remote for the TV doesn’t work properly. The cursor button moves over twice left < or right > even when you press the button once. So I couldn’t watch anything on YouTube and the other available entertainment apps there. 3) I booked a room for 1 guest but unfortunately I was not alone in my room, I was with cockroaches through my stay. The oven/stove in my room looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and had horrific stains which is what I believe attracted them. I had a few of them land on me and some were on my clothes in the cupboard. 4) The drain in the shower is clogged. Luckily I had closed toe slippers which I wore so it doesn’t touch me. 5) The staff members are not accommodating. I had issues with my plugs in my room which were not working despite the lights being on. I lost count of how many times I went downstairs before someone actually came to help. The one guy checked his watch first to see when he was knocking off before not even really helping. And the other guy dismissed me while I was talking to him. Very polite isn’t it? 6) I feel like for the price I paid, I didn’t even get basic service or utilities like toilet paper. Didn’t feel worth my money. I paid to sleep with roaches and get bad service. Overall, most disappointing stay I’ve had in my life. There’s a first for everything and this was it. I don’t recommend this place.

TV had Netflix and Showmax but they didn't connect Remotes had no batteries. Security told me that I had to buy on my own. After buying batteries, seems as if the remote was no longer working.
