• Susan (9/5): Overall excellent. - The views were spectacular, the apartment was lovely and the location was great with public transport not roo far. It was a bit of a bother to have to walk to a Shop to collect the keys.
• Suzanne (10/5): A very luxurious base from which to explore beautiful Melbourne and attend two musicals in one weekend! - Very smart, clean and classy apartment close to Southbank and trams, lovely French cafe on the opposite corner. Great to have the Nespresso machine and 2 bathrooms, amazing views. Helpful lady on the desk who lent me a plug for my phone charger ! Supermarket at the base of the building. It was quite a distance to find varied places to eat, and shopping, but this was the only tiny niggle- I walked and used trams and taxis and enjoyed exploring.

• Donna (6/5): - The view was amazing .Location was amazing . Sadly it was not clean the dust eveywhere the skirting boards were filthy broken bar stools. The aircon is not very good . The mirrors and backsplash were very streaky . The apartment itself is comfortable and the view of the city is great . The free carparking is a bonus. No access to the swimming pool gym or sauna which was one of the reasons we booked was to have access to them . Quite a high price for just a room for 19 hours.

• Tania (4/5): Not a clean apartment - The location was fabulous. Accessible to the city & Southbank. The place was dirty. The sheets and Donna covers were stained. Floors not clean & toilets were dirty. Wouldn't stay again unless it was cleaned properly
• James (10/5): Made our little Melbourne getaway so memorable - The size of unit was very comfortable. The view from private balcony and windows were spectacular. The beds very comfortable and all the home comforts you need.

Ease of car parking, equiped with full functioning kitchen and apartment. The towels were stained. The pillows very firm. I think extra garbage bags are needed.

• Tegan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! Amazing views from the balcony. Two comfortable beds, one with also an amazing view. The location is excellent, walking distance from so many things. Parking included which a bonus. We can't wait to come back. The steep part in the parking haha
• Sharon (7/5): Good location for a short city vacay 😊 - Convenient location with nice views. Unit could have been cleaner - hairs on floor, very dusty and soap scum in showers. Toilet seat in main bathroom does not stay up. Pillows need replacing.

• Rebecca (8/5): Fantastic spot & beautiful apartment with great views. - Everything was walking distance, great views of the city & accommodation was very comfortable. While the pickup location wasn't far from the accommodation it wasn't ideal with suitcases would be better if the pick up was a closer location.

• Susan (7/5): Exceptional views in a secure apartment - Security, views, separate bed rooms each with ensuite closeness to amenities, closeness to downtown, access to trams, friendliness, professionalism and willingness to accommodate requests by host, washing machine and dryer. Cleanliness, parts of the apartment were grubby and sadly even after speaking directly with host, it still wasn't really resolved. She was a great host, her cleaners were not great cleaners. The instructions on how to use dishwasher, microwave, TV and rubbish chute were not clear. I had to book this 2 days before needing it so it was very expensive.

It was extremely neat and clean. The furnishings were of high quality and brilliant decor. Everything you’d need is provided in the apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, we didn’t want to go sight-seeing as the apartment was so cosy and warm. The grocer at the ground floor was a life saver. Being so close to city and the waterfront was a bonus indeed. We will surely stay here again! Nothing

She kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and quick at replying to messages. The apartment was clean and made our holiday 10 times better. 42nd floor views, lovely weekend away. N/A

• Jessie (5/5): Furnitures could be better - It has everything you need: washer, dryer and kitchen facilities. Grocery store downstairs. The bedroom beside the kitchen mattress was old and worn out. Very uncomfy to sleep during our stay. Same with the sofa which was very springy. It was also very inconvenient to pickup and drop off the keys. Not much food choices around. 15 min by tram to CBD
• Ruting (7/5): Improve cleanliness recommended - cleaner did not clean the property properly. Especially bedroom. And bed sheet and pillow had hairs when we checked in. The bed room floor had dirty. Dryer had too much hairs and dirt. We stayed 4 days. I didn’t use it due to not very clean. Please improve cleanness for future guests.

• Angela (7/5): The location was great, but there was a disgusting smell as you walked into the lobby - We had to go to a different location to collect the keys, and again to return them. After returning the keys as directed, we were contacted asking if we had checked out (the next day) as the keys had not been returned. It was pretty disappointing to be contacted multiple times, asking what I looked like, to confirm the keys were returned - when they were scanned upon return.
