• Savoldi (9/5): Napoli mille colori - Appartamento bello in uno stabile storico con particolare fascino. Posizione strategica, poco lontano dalla stazione dei treni Napoli Centrale, vicina alla metropolitana Duomo. A pochi passi dal centro storico .
• Lucia (10/5): - El apartamento es amplio, la zona es tranquila y muy bien comunicada. Me hubiera gustado disponer de microndas. Necesita alguna reparación menor de mantenimiento.
• sylvie (8/5): tout à pied tout au centre - L'emplacement est absolument super, 10 minutes à pieds de beaucoup de choses, (gare, quartiers à visiter, port, mer) le lit est très confortable dans une grande chambre avec du rangement la fourniture du linge de toilette (assez de serviettes pour deux et pour tout le séjour) appartement très grand et haut de plafond ce qui lui confère une sensation d'espace très appréciable, très bel immeuble dans une galerie avec un gardien 2 TV salon et chambre (inutile pour nous car nous ne la regardons pas) Attention il faut absolument un tel portable pour déverrouiller les portes d'accès lors de l'arrivée, heureusement une fois rentrés, il y a un jeu de clefs disponible dans l'appartement (la bonne veille méthode de la clef bien plus sure) bon contact avec la personne référente qui répond rapidement Dommage qu'il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine, (nous en avons demandés à la personne qui fut notre lien et elle les a apportés) mais si vous souhaitez vraiment cuisiner il manque des casseroles, un grille pain, un grand emplacement est consacré aux poubelles de tri (très bien, même si nous n'avons pas pu les sortir car les poubelles communes sont fermées à clef) mais un plan de travail au dessus des bacs permettrait un gain de place pour cuisiner. Il y a un petit four mais posé sur le frigo et une seule prise pour ses 2 appareils
• Selin (8/5): Alles top - Lage! Perfekt zum Neapel zu erkunden. Außerdem die Passage, Aufzug.. Mehr Neapel geht nicht. Ps: nicht für lärmempfindlichere. Es gibt cd-player! Und das Sofa ist einfach perfect mit einem Wein den Tag zu schließen.
• Yolanda (8/5): - Es amplio y está bien situado, con metro y cerca de las calles más emblemáticas para ir andando La comunicación con la empresa del apartamento ha sido buena, todo por mensajes. Lo que no me gustó fue que no tenga microondas, estropajo, producto para lavar los platos. Además la puerta del portal es de hierro, está justo debajo del apartamento y cuando la cierran los golpes son muy fuertes, molestan para dormir.

• Ali (1/5): - Very disappointing stay. The apartment couldn’t provide reliable hot water, and the host was unhelpful. Not worth the price - I do not recommend.

• John (6/5): Lovely flat, but compromised by poor service - We generally very much liked the layout of the flat, and it felt clean and put-together. Rep was waiting for us upon arrival and explained things well. Location is generally very good. Wonderful to have an entire apartment with kitchen, etc, and number of nice touches (TV's, lamps, stable internet, coffee machine, etc.). - I can't bear the elaborate online check-in process which requires a ton of time and superfluous info, and simply shifts the burden of check-in to client. I'm aware many properties now use this. - We had no hot water for the 6 days we were there (except a little in kitchen). We reported and were told it had been passed on to maintenance. No follow-up or info until we re-contacted 24-36 hours later. On 4th day a plumber came and checked, and we were told there was hot water. When we reported that nothing had changed and we still had no hot water, we were simply told that was untrue and that we'd apparently 'used it'. Day 5 plumber returned and discovered there was indeed a pressure problem (he was extremely kind and helpful) and that we had to turn all faucets on to then get hot water in shower. I consider 6 days in a property (in November) without hot water unacceptable. No genuine effort whatsoever to resolve in timely manner (weekend days for a 'hotel' structure should not make a difference). - Were given a dodgy key that was precarious and difficult to make work for outer gate and in fact had to spend considerable time getting it to turn each time - sometimes late at night. We were told at check-in it didn't work well. Also, no way to maintain power in the flat while taking the door keys with you when you leave. As such, one person can't go out in the morning for coffee while the other sleeps. - Quite a bit of construction noise early in the morning for works on new subway entrance next to the property (I imagine this work will last for several more years at least). - Heating/AC system didn't work, as well as other remote-controlled amenities (all batteries dead? Unclear why none of them worked). We never reported this as only needed last day or two and didn't seem worth the hassle considering our experience getting other issues resolved.

• Katalin (8/5): Kiváló helyszín, kényelmes alvás (bár kora reggeltől nagy a zaj, de valamit valamiért). Ha a bojlert kicserélnél, minden - A szállás az Umberto metrómegálló közvetlen közelében van, sok bolt, étterem elérhető, kiváló lokáció. Sajnos a 3 napból 3x nem volt melegvíz, így csak jéghideg vízzel tudtunk zuhanyozni. A szállásadó kiküldött egy karbantartót, de ő sem tudta megjavítani a vízellátást. Azt ígérte, hogy a második nap délutánján visszajön egy szakemberrel, ez azonban sajnos nem történt meg. Állítása szerint ilyen hiba még sosem fordult elő, azonban az értékeléseket olvasva már többször is volt ugyanez a probléma az elmúlt években. Kértem kompenzációt a szállásadótól, de nemes egyszerűséggel nem válaszolt az üzenetemre.

• Anna (7/5): Lovely host but not a 4 star - The host was lovely and met me at the property Naples is not a nice city , it’s very run down and the apartment building has a lot of graffiti. No hand soap in the apartment or milk. We could not get the coffee machine to work either. Rentals in Naples are very expensive .
• Vildan (8/5): Very good - Apartment is spacious and clean There was noise coming from street and first night could not sleep but other 2 nights got a bit used to it but I think it is normal in Napoli
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Great location near the metro station “duomo” The house was clean and tidy, even too big for a solo traveller . Smooth communication with the host. The shower it might be a bit small.

• Claudia (9/5): Nice, tidy apartment, nice host - The apartment is very very nice, cozy, with everything you need inside. The noise from the street, a little bit loud.
• Courtney (10/5): The accomodation was spacious & location was perfect - super easy to get around! - The room was very spacious and complete with everything you needed. The apartment was also within walking distance of both the central station and main port, which made undergoing day trips super easy! The host was also very easy to communicate with & was extremely helpful and responsive when asking for details about check in & check out. The kitchen was also spacious and had basic utensils at your disposal.
