• Мария (10/5): Най-удобното място, в което съм отсядала в града. - Апартаментът беше разположен на чудно място. Районът е тих, наоколо има магазинчета за хранителни стоки или домашни потреби. В двора има няколко дружелюбни и супер сладки котета. Стаите са чисти и уютни. Кухнята е оборудвана достатъчно за да си приготвиш нещо за хапване. Има климатици и в хола, и в спалнята. Операта е на пешеходно разстояние от пет минути - съответно има трамвай. Центърът на София е на не повече от 10-15 минути пеша нагоре по Раковска, а маршрутът е изключително приятен. Единственото, което не беше особено комфортно беше само, че банята е доста тясна и в едно с тоалетната. Малко е трудно да си събереш козметиката - няма достатъчно място нито на мивката, нито в отделно шкафче.

• IGOR (7/5): - Overall, it's very nice and clean. BUT: Travelers, be very cautious. The apartment is big (50 sq m), but the toilet + shower area is only 2 sq m. I mean, it's not just small – it's tiny, like for mice! Don't be surprised if you're a big person; you will not be able to fit in there. Also there are many cats near the front door - so if you have allergy (like I do) coming in or out will be your worst nightmare. Resume: way too expensive for such a small bathroom and cats. • PHILIP (10/5): - I felt very much at home in this apartment. The place is stylish and very comfortable. The location can't be beaten. All the facilities are new, modern and work well. The cleaning was faultless. I managed perfectly fine in the bathroom, although it is a case of making the best of it, but toiletries are provided which is good. Also, a microwave in the kitchen would make it truly fully-equipped.

• Georgios (9/5): Highly recommended! Value for money! - Of the most restful sleeps we've had! Neighborhood is ultra quiet, full of trees and has plenty of cafes, bakeries and shops within a 5-minute walk. Apartment was really clean and spacious and makes you feel like home. Host was very helpful. Overall a highly recommended choice. The only thing we did not like is how small the bathroom is. Everything gets wet when you shower.
• Ah (7/5): Good - Nothing much Toilet is not clean. Very small with shower. 2 in 1. Very small room. 5 to 7 cats come daily to the stairs before going into the appartment. Not clean.
• Mikko (9/5): Superb - It is a well equipped apartment nearby city center. The kichen is really good for cooking. Good temperature in the apartment and peacuful area for a good night sleep. Good wifi. Well, the shower is actually just the toilet. I knew this beforrhand and could cope with it, but it is not very pleasant.

• Patnicka (9/5): Nice apartment. - Nice clean stylish new apartment. Quiet neighbours, hardly any traffic noise. Cafes within 5-10 min walk. For the mobility impaired, you need to climb several steps. There is no lift as technically, it's a ground floor apartment. There are no steps in the apartment itself. Separate bedroom, Comfortable double bed. Reasonably sized. No bedroom TV. Comfortable lounge room, coffee table, TV, youtube. Others were paid channels. 2 excellent aircons. Nice kitchen, equipped. No microwave, but had kettle, cafe-style coffee machine and coffee provided; which I didn't use. Dishwasher and washing machine, I didn't use so don't know how well they worked. Nice secure front door. Very quiet neighbourhood. Bathroom equipped with toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, hand moisturiser in kitchen, nice towels. Wifi patchy, but still ok. I knew the shower and toilet were together which didn't bother me as I mopped the small space after showering. I also knew the apartment was about a 40+ min walk from the center and bus terminal, so that was OK. The mobility impaired might have difficulty with some uneven footpath and cobblestone streets around the apartment.
