• Simone (8/5): - Das Bauarbeiten im Haus stattfinden, wurde kommuniziert und wir konnten uns darauf einstellen. An einem Morgen war der Strom weg, nach einer kurzen Meldung an den Vermieter wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Das Apartment liegt in der obersten Etage. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt und das Treppenhaus sehr schmal ist, raten wir von schweren und sperrigen Gepäck ab. Preis-Leistung war top!
• Loulou (7/5): Great location, the room is fine but needs a refurbishing. - The whole building was under construction except for the room we were staying in. Luckily we stayed over the weekend but I fear that you would have a lot of noise quite early during weekdays. The property only let us know of this after we had booked the room.
• Yuan (8/5): - Lovely and clean apartment, the building was being renovated, but I didn't hear any noise. Loved the neighborhood – it's really pleasant. Getting around was a breeze, all the sights were within a 30-minute trip, with subway and several buses. The nearby Tesco was perfect for groceries. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, so getting the luggage up was quite inconvenient.

• Alberto (6/5): Great Host! - The property is managed by a very pleasant man. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Julio was very welcoming. Very quiet area, a supermarket around the corner and a metro station just 5 minutes away. The building is going through renovation, which it was not an issue for us. The apartment has a great potential but unfortunately it is not finished. The bathroom needs some work and the kitchen needs some final touches. The living room was good and the bed very comfortable.

• Adanna (7/5): Good - Property was great, interior in room was nice Walking distance to the train station This was on the 4th/5th floor and we didn’t know prior. Hassle going up and down, again the window in the kitchen had no blinds. With the summer daylight it was difficult to get a sound sleep as light reflected through, I prefer sleeping in the dark so had a touch time sleeping sound. Please put a cover.
• Radhika (6/5): Would not recommend it to a family of 3-4 - It has all the facilities required The property is not as shown in picture. Also wasn’t aware it’s in the 4th floor. Only recommend if u r on a bag pack trip.
