• Loïc (1/5): Changing terms after booking & terrible communication - The hosts ask for a higher deposit than advertised and through a third party website, unlike what's advertised (handed in cash). We requested, via messaging, that we'd do as advertised (300€ in cash). No answer until 2 days before the stay that that wasn't possible, it had to be done via the website and suggested as a solution that we could "just leave 35€". After discussing we asked to cancel with a full refund the day after, the request was refused. We contacted support explaining the situation and they forwarded a new request for the refund, which is yet to be acknowledged, just like our last messages. If you don't mind hosts that change terms from what they advertise after you've booked and subsequently don't answer for days/weeks, definitely go for this!
• Annelies (8/5): Fijn verblijf in Oostende - Proper appartment met alle basisbenodigdheden op een fijne afstand van het stadscentrum, het strand, de supermarkt,... Mogelijkheid tot Netflix, Spotify,... op TV mits eigen account. Fijne communicatie met de host. Alles is vlot verlopen. Pech gehad met lawaaiierige bovenburen.
• Digori (10/5): - Appartement avec 2 chambres propre, bon emplacement, lit confortable, lit aussi confortable superposé pour 2 enfants, cuisine assez bien équipé pour famille (nous on a pas eu besoin, on a mangé dans la ville pendant notre petit séjour de 2 jours)....breff, rien a reprocher, on trouve rarement exactement ce pour quoi on paye...Merci au propriétaire. J'ai garé la voiture devant l'appartement dans la rue pendant notre séjour (j'ai payé par application 4411)....après 2 jours j'ai du lavé bien la carrosserie a cause des oiseaux 😀...ça rien a voir avec l'appartement, mais je devrais la mettre dans un parking souterrain, comme j'avais été conseillé par le propriétaire de l'appartement.
