• Zane (6/5): - Good location Bad experience. On last night arrived next day's renters, at 4 am, I was really scared in night alone with 3 children in apartment.
• sheharyar (4/5): 2 bed apartment with attic conversion over priced property - Close to public transport When checking in the first time, the code given was wrong, caused unnecessary hassle, while family felt stranded for nearly half an hour late hours till it resolved with the right code. Damaged flooring. Informed the contact. There was no way it was going to be resolved while we were there although offered. Water heating issues as boiler tripped a few times. It is a 2 bed property with attic converted, so expected very tiny washroom in the master room. Besides there was a teenage problem in clapham, literally 3 min walk and there was a lot of police presence. I did not want to give this review by being nice but a claim from the owner for a bathroom handle which was already coming out like the rest of many other loose handles which I did not report only assuming it is known to the management like flooring and I had a very hectic schedule where we would only come back at night to sleep, but this claim has forced me to write the review I was holding back.
• John (7/5): Enjoyable - Location is fantastic, The Bedrooms were huge and beds comfortable, Kitchen/Living room well appointed. The Boiler made constant - day and night - loud noises as if the fan was broken.
• Holger (6/5): - Sehr nah an der U-Bahn und nur wenige Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt. Essbereich für 6 Personen zu eng. Zu wenig Stühle. Bäder sehr klein. Es war nicht möglich das Gepäck am Abreisetag für ein paar wenige Stunden in der Unterkunft zu lassen. Das hätte uns sehr weitergeholfen.
• Yunjiang (1/5): 糟糕的房东 - The geographical location is good. Please choose this accommodation carefully!!! The landlord's attitude is very bad and does not reply. Before moving in, he will force a deposit of 250 pounds to be charged, and after checking out, he will find a reason not to return the deposit. It's simply a robbery. Maybe we are foreigners who are easy to bully. The house is also inconsistent with the description. In fact, it is very dilapidated. This is the worst few days of my stay in London. Maybe the landlord If you encounter any difficulties in life, you need my deposit to continue to live. I don't plan to return my deposit as charity.
• Laura (9/5): Thanks for hosting our family! We recommend this flat! - Loved the proximity to shopping, dining and the Underground. The unit has been completely remodeled so it has all the right comforts. We loved this place as our home base for exploring amazing London! We like to eat in sometimes and the kitchen could use a few more pans, cups and plates.

• Laurie (8/5): Lovely flat for a family stay that is close to everything. - The property was in a great location. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the Tube and there were lots of options for dinners and groceries very close by. The flat was exactly as described and was ideal for our family of 5. The owner was great to deal with and responded promptly to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again if travelling in the area in the future. The only thing we would recommend changing about the property was the floor in the main living room. There is obviously a problem with the floor adhering in one area and pieces of it would chip off as we walked over it. It was not a huge problem as we mostly tried to just to avoid stepping there.
