• alfredo peter (7/5): - Appartamento grande e ben arredato confortevole e con un aria comune accogliente e ben allestita. L'ingresso del appartamento è localizzato a salita cacciottoli indirizzo diverso da quello riportato sul sito. ingresso scomodo e disagevole mi sarei aspettato di meglio.

• Barbara (7/5): Overall we had a good stay, but because we are people who dont make problems unnecessary. The property is good for bigge - The neighborhood is good (grocery, restaurants and metro is close). The flat is very big, newly furnished. The coffee is PERFECT. The owner is responsive. It was cold, the AC was not working in the dining room/kitchen. We had a baby so it was extremely disturbing. Would be nice to have a baby cot for people who are traveling with kids. Also it would be great to have a hairdryer, because we were there for 5 days in a cold flat and I couldn’t dry my hair… It is also bad that there is no microwave.. not optimal for heating baby food..
• Gaia (10/5): Soggiorno davvero piacevole - Ho soggiornato qui per due giorni con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in una zona estremamente tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata in città, e comunque non troppo distante dalla metropolitana, quindi comodo per spostarsi. La casa è molto grande e spaziosa, con tre camere matrimoniali, tutte dotate di Smart TV, oltre a quella presente nel salone. Il salone è ampio e molto piacevole per rilassarsi insieme. Anche la cucina è moderna, con elettrodomestici nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti. Il bagno principale ha una doccia davvero molto confortevole, e la caldaia permette di avere acqua calda senza problemi anche quando più persone fanno la doccia a breve distanza. La casa era inoltre molto pulita e arredata con gusto, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente. Ci sono solo alcuni piccoli aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati, come la presenza di più utensili da cucina (pentole, padelle, teglie e presine), il fatto che il secondo bagno non abbia una serratura, e durante il nostro soggiorno il condizionatore del salone non era funzionante. Si tratta comunque di dettagli facilmente risolvibili in un appartamento che nel complesso è molto bello, comodo e accogliente. La consigliamo senza dubbio e ci torneremmo volentieri.

• Pasquale (8/5): Bella location, migliorabile con pochi accorgimenti... - Appartamento molto grande, arredamento nuovo, pulizia perfetta, gestore disponibile e molto cortese seppure i contatti siano avvenuti sempre telefonicamebnte o con Whatsapp. L'ingresso indipendente risulta molto comodo, la posizione è strategica. Ho segnalato al gestore alcuni piccoli suggerimenti che, se adottati, renderebbero la location perfetta (ad esempio le tende alle finestre ed un minimo di dotazione per la prima colazione).
