• Chong (1/5): It was too expensive for the size and quality, and it was very disappointing. - The apartment was run down and cheaply furnished. No matching cutlery. Bathroom was mouldy, shower head atrocious. No shower curtain. No bidet head. Floorboards were delaminating. Bar counter and sink were too high. Wardrobe was cheap. Plates in the cabinet were wet. Carparking levels were confusing. Bathroom door was flimsy. Shower water didn’t flow out and water logged. Bed and sofa were cheap. Walls had damp and had dirty marks all over. Pool was good.
• Jenifer (8/5): Very good - At check in they send you a video which is good however was missing a key factor (later found in the actual text of description), so slight confusion getting in. Also, they don’t tell you the floor and room number (had to guess by looking at the key and hoping for the best. The was a strong musty smell in our unit. Washing machine was at front door so closed the lid which helped some, but then realized there is some water damage and most likely the smell is mold. The location was perfect for us as we only came to town for some medical needs and could walk to our appointment. The roof top pool is stunning and worth a visit. The gym is very small but has a few basics. Overall the stay was fine. There is a commercial sized exit sign above the front door that is illuminated all night long and it’s very bright, like sleeping with a light on. Super annoying.

• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - This was an outstanding experience. As a female traveling alone for a medical procedure, I couldn't have asked for a safer, cleaner, and better located accommodation. I was contacted via WhatsApp the day of check in with very detailed instructions and a video on how to retrieve my key for the room when I arrived quite late at night. Minny the manager even followed me several times via WhatsApp to ensure I made it ok, got into the room ok, and even made the AC/wifi were perfect. Wifi was wonderful...able to stream Netflix while recouping. It only works in the room so you must order grab there and come down but that was no problem. Never had a car have any difficulty finding the location. And talk about location, everything is in walking distance in the mall. I also received detailed instructions on where to the leave the key when I was checking out early. I really appreciated the security and the lack of access to all the floors. Overall, the apartment was great (hot water and very very clean facilities), and the service was terrific. I would recommend to anyone!!
