• Michelle (8/5): Excellent location but cramped bathroom in top floor apartment. - It is so close to all the theatres and nightlife which is what we were there for. Nice size bedrooms and clean comfortable bedding and towels. Fans were provided in both rooms which was excellent as it was about 30C during our stay. The toilet and shower are very cramped and on different levels with an awkward step in the middle. It’s not an apartment for a bigger person or anyone with mobility issues as it’s on the top floor of an older building with 3 flights of stairs up to it. It was extremely warm being the top floor of the building in a heatwave. The entrance and stairs up to the apartment could have done with a clean.

Unavoidable in the location, but wanted to make sure other realise this is a busy area of the city, specially in the evening. It didn’t bother me and it's not excessive, but it's also.not quiet.

• Cara (9/5): cozy and convenient apartment, enjoyed our stay. - I loved the area, it’s convenient and although it gets loud at night there’s nothing to complain about you still get your sleep. It was central to everything you could just hop on a bus or even walk which was amazing too, the owner was responsive and let us know of an issue during our stay which was amazing too. Definitely be coming back! The wifi didn’t work halfway into the stay.
• Angelika (8/5): - Die Lage war super, sehr zentral mitten im Ausgehviertel. Sehr gute Bus und Ubahnanbindung. Kleine Wohnung mit zwei Doppelbetten, Küche mit Kaffemaschine. Alles war sauber. Gute Ausstattung, Handtücher, Fön war vorhanden. Einfacher checkin mit Code. Sehr laut, auch nachts. Die Betten waren sehr klein und unbequem.

• huang (9/5): - 在伦敦市区，离伊丽莎白线站约200m步行距离，距离UCL、大英美术馆、大英博物馆、唐人街等都很近，看剧也非常方便；旁边有多家超市、包括亚洲超市，做饭采购食材很便利，楼下就有西安面馆和兰州拉面店，还有意大利、日本以及当地的美食，生活便利。可以做饭，配备了咖啡机和胶囊，还有油、盐和茶叶等日用品，非常方便。 是在建筑顶层，没有电梯、重的行李拖拉不方便；两间卧室临街、游客多晚上比较吵；室内没有电视，也没有洗碗机，入住前要有准备。

Lots of steps to get to flat on second floor but even with my limited ability was ok slowly will definitely consider staying again for events in soho Lots of steps
• Henderson (7/5): Great value flat, great communication, great location! would stay again! - The property was a short walk from the tube, spacious & light a perfect base for visiting London Great flat maybe a little tired, doors not shutting properly, nothing a good handyman couldn’t sort in a day! Beds both very comfy, clean linen etc, mine had an old blood stain on the quilt cover.

Such a shame! - Central and walking distance to lots of things The noise from the street which carried on till almost 4 in the morning. I understand we were in a central location but there is absolutely no sound proofing. We left exhausted
• Steven (4/5): Good, bad and ugly!! - The location was great as long as you don't require peace and quiet at night. It is right in the middle of Soho and is a very lively, vibrant area. Great central location. The apartment was uncleaned until after 17:30 on the day we arrived. Had we arrived at 15:00 as expected we would have been very disappointed. The bins were full, bedding all over the floor, it was unusable. If you wanted to sleep, take very good ear plugs, very noisey at night and early morning. Main bedroom door had a lock that activated when the wind blew it shut. Unable to access as no details of where to get a key (In lock box at front door in street but without any code being provided in advance). Phone and valuables locked inside caused a delay in our activities as noone available to answer the phone (It was a Sunday so understandable). Message arrived some time later with code for the key safe.

• Barbara (9/5): Cosy apartment, very comfortable. Perfect for shower and sleep. - It was very easy to find. Perfect location right in the middle of the theatre district and next to bars and restaurants in Soho. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice hot shower and fresh clean towels. Plenty of usb and C port chargers. There are 3 flights of stairs so make sure your luggage is light. No sitting room or tv. No cooker in kitchen. We could hear a lot of noise on the street both at night and bin collections early in the morning.

Loud outside on Fri and Sat nights due to bar patrons on the street. But the apartment has fans in each room and great blackout curtains. Just remember to bring a set of ear plugs also.

• Richard (5/5): Enjoyed great location but place is tired and overpriced for what it is. - Great location in Soho close to Chinatown, Leicester Square. Tea and coffee making facilities, cooker and fridge, renovated bathroom Old and tired apartment, on 3rd floor with a lot of narrow stairs to climb with large heavy suitcases was not easy. OK as a place to stay for 2 days but overpriced for the condition of the place and extremely noisy with late night revellers and early morning garbage collections for nearby restaurants and pubs with loud clanging bottle noises.

• Dishan (6/5): Great place to stay if you have money and want to enjoy the night life in London soho and neighbouring areas within the - In a beautiful part of soho with a rich night life, centre of all the commotion if that's what you are looking for! The building is adequately sound proofed enough for outdoor sounds to not be too much of a hassle at night however iwasin Flat C which is top floor so i cant speak for all floors. We did have to wait a little past our check in time to gain entry and the cleaner wasn't done when we got into the apartment. If you plan on drinking a lot do not book the top floor as the stairs are not pleasant to go up and down after a night of drinking. Wifi was pretty straight forward to connect to, however we had to restart the router in the communal area to get it working which may not be everyone's forte.

• Nick (1/5): Terrible. The shower did not work during our entire stay. I was told it was due to "improper use." - The location was great Upon arrival, my colleague and I were excited to explore London and enjoy a comfortable stay in the apartment. However, our experience was marred by a significant issue: the shower facilities were not functional. This was in direct contradiction to the information provided by the owner of the apartment, who claimed that the showers were in good working condition and continues to claim it was functional during our stay. The inconvenience and discomfort this caused are undeniable. Not only did my colleague and I have to endure the inconvenience of being unable to shower for two days, but we also had to endure a long flight back to Vancouver and Seattle without having the opportunity to freshen up properly. I very respectfully requested a refund for my stay at the "Fully equipped 2 bed flat on Old Compton St!" apartment, but have not been refunded. The difference between the amenities promised and the actual experience we encountered is so disappointing and disrespectful.
• Leon (7/5): Good - Ideal location. Good mechanism for key handover. Budget friendly restaurant across the road that caters for preferences. It would have been good if there was a couch. There are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen table with 4 chairs.

• Michael (9/5): We were thrilled with the central location and would book the flat again anytime. - The accommodation was very well located, most of the musical theatres and several sights are within walking distance. Underground stations of several lines are within a few minutes, bus stops are even closer. The furnishings of the flat were as described. For us, everything was as expected, so we have nothing negative to report. However, you have to be aware that due to the central location and the neighbourhood of several restaurants and pubs, there is a relatively high noise level until well after midnight.

• Steven (10/5): would highly recommend and can’t wait t stay again - excellent location, the apartment was spot on and the communication from the owner was great the only downside was the noise at night, but t was a Friday and Saturday night in soho so to be expected, it didn’t affect our stay
• Neil (4/5): Great little flat if genuine cleanliness and window issues are addressed - Central location comfortable beds clean bed linen and towels A poor standard of cleanliness from opening the door. We obviously expected noise given the location in soho and one of the bedrooms was indeed noisy but tolerable. However unfortunately the window in the other bedroom didn't close properly so that room was very noisy making sleep impossible. We contacted the landlord but they were indifferent and disputed both of these issues, they said we didn't send the photos of the cleanliness issues (shower and floors) quickly enough ( sent the morning after arrival) and that they had the window checked by someone else after we had left (after the second night without sleep) who allegedly said the window is ok so basically accused us of lying on both counts which we certainly are not.

• Chrisssssw (8/5): Great Location, Lovely Hosts feel very welcomed and would book again. - Very welcoming hosts, fantastic location. I was working in soho and needed to be local however this could work for a family or couple looking to be close to the nightlife of SOHO. Main entrance is a work in progress however I am familiar with the age of the property on that road and it was to be expected. It is noisy however you would be hard pushed to find a central london property that dosent have the ambient noise of nightgoers coming through the window.
