• martina (10/5): Skvělé ubytování - Skvělá dohoda s velmi vstřícným majitelem. Byt skvěle umístěn u tramvaje. Vše v perfektním stavu. Rozhodně doporučuji!
• Valeria D (10/5): Hospedagem perfeita - O apartamento é novo e muito bem equipado, inclusive na parte da cozinha. O proprietário ainda deixou cápsulas de café, chá, biscoito. Uma gentileza ! A cama é confortável e tudo muito limpo. Tem um supermercado do outro lado da rua e logo em seguida um pequeno restaurante com um atendimento e comida muito bons A localização é ótima, uma vez que em frente passam elétricos que te deixam em qualquer ponto do centro. Embora o gps dissesse que era 1,5 km, preferi ir de ônibus. Esse mesmo ônibus para em frente à estação de trem. Outra vantagem é que tem estacionamento no prédio para quem vai de carro Fui tudo ótimo

• Roman (10/5): Pohodlný, čistý a velmi dobře zařízený byt - Vkusně zařízený byt. Vše perfektně čisté, poholné, velmi dobře vybavené. Kousek od ubytování si lze nakoupit v supermarketu, pár mětrů je to k tramvajové zastávce - tramvaj jede do centra 3 minuty. Není co vytknout.

• Lucie (10/5): - Apartmán čistý se základním vybavením. Pán velice ochotný a příjemný, nic nebyl problém. Kousek do centra. MHD ihned v okolí apartmánu, za mě super. Ráda se určitě vrátím,pokud bude zase možnost. Parkování v kryté garáži.

• Vadym (10/5): Naprosto perfektní - Naprosto perfektní ubytování, dobře vybavené včetně velmi příjemných maličkosti, čisté a pohodlné. Být je buď nový nebo čerstvě po rekonstrukci, majitel je velice vstřícný a příjemný, lokalita je taky dobrá - sice kousek od centra (cca 10-15 min příjemné procházky), ale s dobrou dopravou a dost klidná. Celkový dojem - super, je vidět že majiteli na hostech záleží. Nebyl žádný problém

• Mikhail (10/5): Perfect. Honestly, the 1st time I can say something like this. - Honestly, this place is just amazing. I've stayed in Czech for 7-8 days and this is the best apartment where i stopped out of 3 so far. The host was really interested in giving the keys as soon as possible. And he even told me that the apartment was going to be cleaned and ready sooner than the check-in time. Though due to some road work I arrived slightly later, but I did let him know, and nonetheless he was there to meet me! So absolutely no waiting time for me. The host managed to explain all of the details in the best way (even if he says he doesn't really speak English well, don't trust him 😄 You can understand him) The apartment was modern, super clean, and super comfortable. 2 different but also comfortable pillows. 3 towels + a special bath mat. TV worked perfectly, I used it to watch YouTube for a bit. The internet is fast. I didn't have a chance to cook something there, was out for the most time, but the kitchen had all the utensils needed, even a microwave. Also the location of the apartment is near to the tram station, and also there is a Penny grocery store super close, which is also comfortable. In the end I can just say, that this was the best stay I had so far. I'll keep this place in mind, if I decide to visit the Czech Republic and Olomouc again, which i might, since there is still a lot to explore. Thank you once again for this beautiful place!

• Furtjinak (10/5): - Zařízení, pohodlí, lokace a opravdu milý majitel. Ubytování předčilo má očekávání. Měl jsem i dostatek klidu a možnost klimatizace byl skvělý bonus! nic
• Sybren (9/5): Mooie stedentrip met prima uitvalsbasis in Olomouc - Dit appartement is heel goed ingericht, en lijkt dus nog groter dan verwacht. De keuken is compleet, alles is beschikbaar om goed te kunnen koken. De parkeerruimte in de parkeerkelder is heel welkom: parkeerruimte is hier schaars. (Tip: wie te vroeg is kan in de parkeergarage van de supermarkt aan de overkant een uurtje gratis wachten). Er is een tramhalte voor de deur (dichtstbijzijnde kaartjesautomaat bij de volgende halte), en de binnenstad is niet ver. Het appartement warmt snel op in de middagzon, maar de airco houd het perfect op temperatuur indien nodig. Het balkonnetje is klein maar fijn. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke invalsweg, dat geeft verkeerslawaai tot 's avonds heel laat, en vanaf 's morgens heel vroeg. Met de ramen gesloten blijft het lawaai goed buiten, maar kan het nodig zijn de airco aan te zetten.
• ŁukaszT (10/5): - Wszystko było super. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. Bardzo czysto. Właściciel Pan Radek pomógł mi zabezpieczyć rower, którym dotarłem do Ołomuńca. Kawa pyszna. Wszystko idealnie przygotowane dla turystów. Blisko do centrum. Dobrze wyposażony apartament!

Perfect amenities including washing machine, coffee machine etc. 10 mins from old tow so very central and the man who owns the property could not have been nicer Everything was perfect maybe and iron for people who have washed their clothes and some pegs for using when hanging the washing outside as we lost a sock 😂 but this is just picky and everything is perfect

• Ilgi (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is brand new with all the equipments inside. Clean and confortable. Nice and large balcony to have the morning coffee too. The owner even took me from the train station at my arrival at night and gave ride to the flat.
